About this space
The Oneonta Experience invites you to enjoy this wonderful small city in a very special way! One block away from downtown has you close to the excitement but not in it. With just a short walk, you can savor the local cuisine and experience the fair, rodeo, and circus (when these events are in town)!

One side of this newly constructed lux duplex is appointed with your comfort in mind, with amenities such as the outdoor tree swing and the 70inch smart tv to watch the big game.

A time to rest

We came to town for a camp for our children. The place was very nice. The street was busy that it was on so at times it was difficult to get out of the driveway however it was very close to downtown. We were very comfortable.

Home away from home

Perfect for any family of all ages. We will be back and hoping this place is available. Swing outside for kids. Very clean, spacious, and up to date modern amenities. Loved everything about place from welcome message, coffee & snacks, to lotion in bathroom.

Went for a family wedding. The property was easy to find. Very clean. It would have been nice to have tvs in the bedrooms. Bathrooms very nice. Kitchen was very well appointed.

Lovely place and a great value.

The place is newer and lovely. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is that both times we stayed, there were minimal towels and washcloths. The first time we stayed we had no kitchen towels at all. Both times we stayed there weren’t sufficient bath towels and wash cloths for the length of our stay, so we ended up having to wash the ones provided. Also, the LR does not accommodate enough people. At most, 4 people can sit in the LR. However, overall the property is nice and well maintained. And the property owner is wonderful to work with. Very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

Cute town and clean place. The house smelled like new construction and felt very modern. Walls are a little thin and it is close to the road but it didn't bother us too much! Hostess was nice and had helpful amenities like water bottles and coffee creamer!

Perfect rental house for the weekend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was gorgeous and very clean. The beds and linens were wonderful. The location was perfect and is fairly walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants in downtown Oneonta. We'll be back! One word of caution - none of us had good cell service and sometimes nonexistent in Oneonta. We have Verizon - other carriers might work better, but print some directions just in case.
