Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY
The Space:
Permit #1
This stylish apartment is in newly renovated and offers beautiful newly refinished vinyl plank flooring, picnic table w/grill in the fully fenced in back yard. "Pitcher's Paradise Apt 2" is a second floor (fully air- conditioned) studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen, living room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. The apartment has a queen sized bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “Pitcher's Paradise Apt 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 and "Pitcher's Paradise Apt 3" is on the second floor and sleeps 4.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.
We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.
Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.
No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Each apartment has separate keys. Laundry is shared with each apartment in the back foyer. This driveway is shared with Pitcher's Paradise Apt 2, and Apt 3\. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.
Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820
Staying a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife on Main Street, gives Pitcher's Paradise an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Amazing, perfect location. We could walk to Main Street for meals, lots of great restaurants minutes away. Oneonta Outlaws play at the ballpark you can literally watch from the front yard. Gas stations and grocery store close by. Perfect for parents staying for a Cooperstown week. About 25 min drive to the Dreams Park. Clean, smelled great, older-remodeled building but great stay!
