Elm Street Triple Play & Double Play Apts are located in a spacious home that offers 5 different private apartments. Triple Play #2R is a 2nd floor apartment featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, just 3.2 miles to Cooperstown All-Star Village.
The inviting wrap around covered porch is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the ballpark. Guests especially enjoy relaxing in the extensive patio area in the rear, which is complete with gas grills and plenty of outdoor dining area.
Centrally located, the Triple Play #2R Apartment is:
• 3.2 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village
• 17.7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park
• 21.7 miles to National Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown
The eat-in kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and an updated tiled backsplash. There are 4 flat screen TV's with cable in this apartment - a 55" Smart Roku TV in the living room with DVD player, and a 43" or larger flat screen Roku TV in every bedroom. There is an on-site, shared laundry facility, and a shared game room with a foosball table, ping pong table and large flat screen TV.
There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the apartments.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is a community pool that is approximately .5 miles from the location. There may be a fee for access.
I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is a community (public-Wilber Park) pool that is approximately 1/2 mile from the location. There may be a fee for access.
There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

#### Cooperstown Allstar Village Week
I would definitely recommend this property for any family staying for the baseball week! Very close to fields and has laundry facilities on the bottom floor that are complimentary Also apartment was very cool and stayed that way all week which was awesome coming in from HOT baseball games.

We stayed for our son to play at ASV. It was a very easy drive to get there, the property is nicely kept up, nice private parking area, grills and patio table to use, and everything was very clean. Also, having rented other houses in the past, none of them have come with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, paper towels, and a cute welcome bag, like the Cooperstown baseball rental did. It was wonderful and made the trip that much easier for us. Thank you!!

#### Great place to stay!!
We had a great experience starting even before we go to the apartment. I had several questions before we got there and they were answered by the amazing staff before we arrived. The staff was very helpful before, during, and after our stay. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the baseball decor as well.
