Elm Street Double & Triple Play Apts are located in a spacious home that offers 5 different private apartments. Double Play #2 is a 2nd floor apartment that features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, just 3.2 miles to Cooperstown All-Star Village.   
  
The inviting wrap around covered porch is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the ballpark. Guests especially enjoy relaxing in the extensive patio area in the rear, which is complete with gas grills and plenty of outdoor dining area.   
  
Centrally located, the Double Play #2 is:   
  
• 3.2 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village   
  
• 17.7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park   
  
• 21.7 miles to National Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown   
  
The eat-in kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator with automatic ice maker, and an updated tiled floor and backsplash. The bathroom is fully tiled with a granite floor. There are 4 flat screen TV's smart Roku TVs in this apartment - a 55" (or larger) smart Roku TV in the living room with DVD player, and a 43" or larger flat screen smart Roku TV in every bedroom. There is an on-site, shared laundry facility, and a shared game room with a foosball table, ping pong table and large flat screen smart Roku TV.   
  
There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the apartments.   
  
I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.   
  
PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is a community (public-Wilber Park) pool that is approximately 1/2 mile from the location. There may be a fee for access.   
  
There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

#### Perfect Location and Comfortable Spaces

The location cannot be beat in the center of town with a short walk to Main Street and easy access to all restaurants, shops, and attractions. Easy and plentiful off-street parking. The rooms and best were comfortable and there was plenty of space to do everything we needed to both indoors and out. Plus Jerry is a great VRBO host!
