The Space: Permit #16-0383 This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful refinished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and a back deck w/ a grill. "1ST BASE APT 1" is a first level (fully air- conditioned) 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living Room with a 50" flat screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50" flat screen TV’s. One room has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “1ST BASE APT 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 4 as well. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). It’s right on Main Street of Oneonta. 10 min walk to all the shops & restaurants Quick 10 min drive to the baseball fields. Super clean & host was very friendly ##### efrain c. The house is a great location for going back and forth to the field (under 10 minutes) and for anything else we needed (food and stores). It was clean and met our needs. It’s in a cute town where we were able to walk to the park with our dog and daughter while our son was at the Cooperstown tournament. The neighbors were also nice. Our tournament was at the Dreams Park which was a bit of a drive (about 20-25 minutes) but it was doable. ##### Sarah R. You'll have to share the driveway with the apartment upstairs but communication about game times with them helps with the parking situation. The tea kettle had a broken handle and when I reached out to management they responded right away and brought over a new one. Apartment had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed sitting on the front deck. The cute dog next door made the stay even better. Bonus: they have two washing machines and two dryers in the basement. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. A short drive to Walmart and restaurants and within a 10 minute drive to the fields. Check-in was easy, the house is clean, and we couldn't believe how quickly it felt like a home away from home. The little store across the street came in handy and we were only 10 minutes from our son's tournament at All Star Village. The next door neighbor is a permanent resident and super nice! Plenty of space for 5+ And a great outdoor deck and laundry area. Well stocked and great location which was easy to navigate anywhere. Would stay again. Only criticism is that the bathroom has no lock on it and is probably an easy fix. It’s 5 min from the fields, you can walk to the restaurants / coffee houses on downtown Main St. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
