Oneida Vacation Packages

the staff was rude , the breakfast was bad, cold coffee under cook eggs/meat. th lock on the door was broke, the toilet seat was broke and loose. the staff was very rude, would not give any paperwork at check out. this is a place I would not recommend to anyone. the staff was the worst part... then the so called breakfast was terrible. we had to go look for someone to get anything to eat . the breakfast counter was a mess, just terrible. the so called couch in the room was falling apart. it was bad and the staff did nothing to fix any of these problems.

Wethe owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with and very helpful. The room was spotless and far nicer than expected. Highly recommended.

very clean and staff was helpful and nice

The room was relatively clean, floor could use more sweeping. Sheets and towels were clean as was the bathroom. Every day we did see the cleaning crew. Beds are stiff and could use an update.
