Enjoy watching dolphins every morning from your private balcony above the sea, in a house that was built 450 years ago.  
In ground floor of the house there is wide living room with kitchen, and sofa for 1 person, plus bathroom. On first floor floor there are 2 rooms with 2 and 3 beds for 5 people. House is equipped with Air conditioner in hallway of first floor, satellite Tv, wireless Internet, outside shower on gum, small removable grill, and parking for 1 car is included in final price. \*Second car is 5 € a day. \*Outside terrace belongs to another house. \*Beach below the house is rocky, first pebble beach is 100 meters from the house

#### Schön gelegen, aber mit gravierenden Mängeln und überteuert

Wohnung liegt fantastisch direkt am Meer, mit eigenem Zugang zum Meer, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt jedoch nicht: Wohnung bei Ankunft nicht sauber geputzt, Mobiliar z.T. sehr abgewohnt, Bad/Toilette extrem klein und vor allem mit dauerhaften unangenehmen Gerüchen (Kanalisation!). Vermieter freundlich, wohnen jedoch im Haus gegenüber und sitzen den ganzen Tag 2 Meter vor der Haustür des Mietobjekts (Privatsphäre!).
