Looking at the outside of the motel it looks like its in perfect shape. The entrance and lobby area are nice too but then getting into the elevator to go to our room it was dirty and smelled foul. our room was clean but the toilet ran and no drain plug for a bath. our headboard on our bed was broken. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room temp was fine. The breakfast was un sanitary! I think they had left sausage links in the pan from the day before and no coffee! Had a waffle and it was good. area was dirty and needed cleaning. outside of the motel there was trash laying around. with just a little work and effort, this could be a real nice motel.
Liked the large room and comfortable bed. Didn’t like that the sink didn’t drain, the hallway smelled bad and the breakfast was not good.

Both locks on my door were broke. Breakfeast wasnt hot, coffee machine broke. Sheets were frayed. Room service neglected to clean 2 out of 5 nights I didnt have the DND up. Work out room covered in dust.
AC worked great. Staff was helpful enough. Get what you pay for.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The breakfast looked good. We only had one towel and one hand towel and one tiny shampoo in our room. Couldn’t find anyone to get us more. The place was a little run down, but the bed was comfortable.
The absolute best esp for 1 night. 24 hr Attendant- He is EXCELLENT & EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!!! I love the ambiance, CLEANLINESS, no hassle check in and for the price point- it is great! There are small cosmetic issues that are due to the age of building and for the price- worthy of a pass :)
Nice and comfortable. Nobody ever seemed to be at the desk.

Not the best, but did the job for one night
Avery no-frills hotel that sufficed for a one night solo stay on short notice. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, though I felt like I didn't want to set anything on the surfaces because the cleanliness seemed questionable. The shower had nice water pressure. The TV didn't work, and seemed like it was maybe just there for looks. I was woken up early in the morning by the fire alarm in the hallway, and I heard another guest say that happens here fairly often.
Checking in and the lobby were fine. Our rooms bathroom door was off the hinges, and we got a jacuzzi room to aid in relaxation. The jakuzzi did not work and had mold around the faucet. We paid a lot more money for this room and it was a disappointment. The elevator smelled like something was burning.and the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were rubbery and left me feeling ill after eating it.
Breakfast is non existent, the gym treadmills are super old, the room was decent for the price but I would not recommend if you prefer something decent.
It was all right for a place to lay your head. Elevator smelled like it had a mechanical problem. The person that checked us in must have been having a bad day, because he cursed at something that he was fighting with while we were waiting. Hair dryer looked like if you plugged it in , it would burn the place down. The refrigerator was in a cabinet when I opened the cabinet to use the refrigerator, the knob came off in my hand. Bed was clean, so if you need somewhere cheap just to sleep and thats it. It would work. Just a little scary for anything else.
The property was not what the pictures were indicating and it was almost impossible to find. I paid 282.00 U. S. Dollars for a night stay. Tonight im paying 72.00 U.S. dollars for a 90% bigger and cleaner and centrally located room in Kansas City.
MY ADVICE NEVER BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA, THEY LIE AND I WAS ASTONISH3D ABOUT THE BLANT LIES.
I WILL SAY THIS, THE MAN AT THE DESK IS A VERY COURTEOUS AND WONDERFUL SOUL. PLEASE, KIND PEOPLE, ILL BE HONEST. EXPEDIA IS NOT THE SIGHT TO USE. LOOK ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL BE HAPPY AND HAPPY GOOD, EXPEDIA BAD.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room on the other hand had a bad smell and the tv wasnt working properly. The wife said she did not feel safe and made me go everywhere with her. I had paid for 2 nights but after the first night i went somewhere else. Would i ever stay there again? No.
Arrived about 2:45p and the entire entryway smelled of cigarettes. Received my key with no issues, but the room was still being “cleaned”. My suite consisted of a pullout couch and a table, phone on the floor, and no tv in the front room. Bathroom was clean. TV in the sleeping area would not turn on. A/C stayed comfortable at 71*. Linens were horrible. Sheets were thin and dingy. Found several spots of blood on a washcloth first thing in the morning (yes, I chose not to shower after seeing that). Shared these items with the desk staff on my way out. Little to no response. Booked this room based on a 3-star rating.
This property used to be a better place that was much more comfortable to stay. Recently it has been declining and at a more rapid pace. When you walk in the front doors are half working and you’re met with a staff member that is not very accommodating. After you pay the “mandatory” extra fee to check in they send you to a room with an unmade bed and towels from the previous tenants on the floor. Meaning you have to venture back into the hallways filled with a potent smell of odd smoke. Once finally in your room you are met with stained blankets, a tv that doesn’t work and a cabinet/dresser on its last leg. If it weren’t for the somewhat reasonable pricing and the fact that I can get a good sleep and a warm shower I’m sure I wouldn’t stay here any more. Would like to see this hotel get better, as it was not too long ago.
The site is hard to find. It is not on a road, but in areas accessible from parking lots where it is not readily visible. The keys failed on a daily basis. We had to get them reset every day. The indoor pool and the gym were not available. The cleaning service did not respond to the clean room request, then came on a day when we did not request room cleaning. Breakfast was adequate: waffle machine, 3 cereals, a fruit each day. The coffee machine was out of order 2 days.
Overnight stay, lobby was clean & attractive, smelled really good. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, ample pillows. We had two queen beds.
The A/C unit was unplugged upon arrival and the room was cold (January) plugged unit in and turned on. Room warmed right up, but the fan never turned off.
Be aware, there is a $100 hold on your card upon check-in. This info was buried on the Hotel's.com web page fir the hotel information. No reminder of the deposit upon booking.
The advertised full breakfast was not provided. Breakfast served from 6-9 am. We arrived at 8:15 am and the only items available were cereal, toast, waffles, sausage and pre-packaged mini-muffins. Very dissapppinted that the 15 or so guests that were in the dining room had slim pickings.
It is a challenge to get to the hotel as the exit is very confusing.
Ok, so I decided to get a room here for 2 nights to do a stay cation with my kids and husband. I booked the king suite with a hottub in the room. It seems like every hotel i find never has a hottub, so i finally found one with it in the room, Bonus!! The hotel itself smells good, overall clean and looks nice. The pool was cool. Plenty of room, it could be warmer since it is -10 and snowing outside but thats my opinion.. The area itself needs major improvements. The celing was falling apart and the pool is chipping all over. They offer breakfast in the mornings, definitely needs improvements. Different variety of muffins, maybe fruit, oatmeal, more milk for those who actually want to drink it. Maybe have some pancakes and scrambled eggs, and bigger napkins, and bigger plates if your going to have waffles. Its not the greatest for sure. Only one elevator so hold your patience. The rooms are very spacious and decent. The bed was incredibly soft, we had a couch bed, my girls slept on that. However, the mattress was gross, that bed should have a plastic cover over the mattress for protection and come with bedding for the sofa bed, i asked and got nothing but a queen sheet. My TV was messed up at the bottom, i asked for a different one and they attempted to replace it but brought in a much smaller tv then what was in my room, and didn't have the correct connection so we just kept it. Furniture is broken and outdated. The price is not bad for sure, and i would stay again.
