I had messaged through the VRBO app, and they never answered there. After texting they were easy to communicate with. The house was nice, but it needed a deep clean. The shower had mildew that I had to clean out. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom of it. I had to text to ask for trash bags as there weren't any, but the host was there within minutes to bring me a box. The house was a good place to stay overall. Bed was comfortable. House is in a good neighborhood. I liked how close Walmart was. It was very convenient. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but there needs to be more supplies available, like trash bags and dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent. It also needs a deep clean with moving and cleaning under the big area rug. ##### Rebecca P. The shower floor is extremely slick with no mat or protection and my 67-year old, disabled brother fell twice. Also, there was no step to the backyard from the slider doors, which made the step down over a foot. We remedied this by asking a friend to make a wood step. The fence was broken as well, we didn’t have any animals with us but if we had they wouldn’t have stayed in the fencing. The home inside was dirty and we had to do quite a bit of cleaning to be comfortable which was pretty disappointing since we got in late to begin with. Ultimately the property has a great location in Omaha and has the right potential should they get the cleaning and landscaping under control. The cookware needs an upgrade and the bbq needs replaced. Overall it is a comfortable space in a great location. We would stay again. ##### Christe K. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood and great location to get around Omaha. It’s great for our dog cause it has a fenced in area and plenty of other yard to walk her. The house is simply a cute little ranch that’s all you need. Plenty of parking and space for family to come and hang out. ##### Sue J. When we drove in the driveway, we saw the garage door badly in need of replacement, the trash can overflowing and the grass was uncut so we wondered that we would find inside. Due to the holiday weekend evidently things got out of hand outside but the house was comfy, the bed nice and firm and we had all we needed for a great anniversary weekend. The owner confessed to the 4th upsetting regular duties and came herself to clean up the trash can. We would stay there again and see the sites of Omaha. ##### Linda H.
