  • Modern apartment in Oliva Nova with capaciti for 2 up to 4 people. It is air-conditioned and has access to a great shared pool.
    The exterior area is fabulous thanks to the great shared chlorine pool that sizes 30 x 15 metres and has depth from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. You will also find a children pool of 0.5 metres water depth. After a cool dip tou can relax at the private terrace which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs where you can spend lovely evening with your loved ones.

    The apartment is quite comfortable and helpful since its features a great space that comprises the kitchen together with the living and the dining room. It also has one bedroom and a renewed en-suite bathroom with a tub.

    The modern kitchen offers a ceramic hob and it is equipped with all needed utensils to cook during your vacation. The living room boasts beautiful views to the terrace and then the mountains and it comes with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, the whole accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning.

    Located just a few minutes away from the beach and about 2.2 km away from the golf course of Oliva Nova, this apartment is perfect for those who love an active way of live being, at the same time, in a peaceful and in a family atmosphere. The place offers all basic services for an independent stay including supermarkets bars and restaurants.

    The pool is open form June 1 to September 30.
    The pool opening hours are: from 9 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm.

major problem with keys but otherwise good

Clean, quiet flat with a nice pool and convenient location but the key pick up required an extra 50+ minute drive each to collect and return. The key to the building didn’t work for the whole week so I had to access my apartment via the car park. The service otherwise was good (I had a repair done to an interior door while I was there) but I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known about the key pick up. I was stranded outside on arrival late at night and only got in via the car park with the help of a stranger - it was a total nightmare. The emergency number was not effective as I waited 45 minutes and no one phoned back.

La ubicación fue genial ya que estábamos asistiendo al MET I 21 de Oliva Nova. El equipo de homerti hizo un esfuerzo total para que funcionara (tuve problemas con el agua caliente al principio), lo que hará que todo esté bien lo antes posible. En general, Vanessa y Vicky del Equipo homerti fueron muy serviciales. GRACIAS Al principio tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Pero fue arreglado rápidamente.
