### Modern villa amid almond orchard with private pool, 15 minutes from Fuseta Beach

Casa da Laranja adjacent to an orange ochard and with view over the vast almond orchard.   
Enjoy the many bird songs in the morning while eating your breakfast in nature. There is fast access to the national roads or the highway to visit one of the beautiful villages or cities Portugal has to offer.  
  
This modern style 2 bedroom, villa built in 2016 with 2 above ground terraces with private pool.  
  
There is a fully-fitted open kitchen with a electric hot air oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.  
  
The open living has a wood stove for the colder months, tv, games and books.  
  
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds with possibility to place a baby bed on request. Linen are included.  
  
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Towels are included.   
  
In addition to the climate control air conditioning in now all the rooms. You will also have a centrally located wood burning stove, facilitating a comfortable holiday environment all year round.  
  
Outside there are 2 terraces one facing south with a dining area and your gas barbeque and a North facing terrace next to a private pool with lounge seating and sunbeds.   
  
You rent this house with a private pool, no sharing, where you can cool off during hot days.  
  
Moncarapacho, 3 km south from us is proud of its church of Santo Cristo, with a beautiful doorway and painted arches.  
  
 In the region, the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa is considered the most important sanctuary of wildlife in the Algarve. Its lagoons, marshes, channels and islets are abundant in shellfish such as cockles, clams and oysters and shelter, amongst other species, a variety of birds such as the cattle egret, the white stork, the purple gallinule, the red-crested pochard, etc. This natural reserve stretches along 60 kilometres (40 miles) and its rich ecosystem is ideal for the development of varied fauna and flora.  
  
The Algarve offers an ideal year round climate as recommended by the World Health Organisation. It contains some beautiful coastal scenery and inland forests and trails. There are many blue flag beaches as well as various golf courses and recreational activities to enjoy such as tennis, scuba diving and hiking. The cities of Tavira, Faro, Loule offer an excellent shopping and cultural experience and the theme parks and water parks make it an ideal family destination.  
  
Things you need to know:  
  
\* You may walk freely on our property, please feel free to pick and enjoy the nesperas in May/June, the grapes in July, the figs in August, our the almonds starting from September.  
  
\* We have amazing friendly dogs walking freely on our property Casa Nova Safra.   
'Lilli' is our 9 year old Portuguese shepherd dog (Barbado da Teceira). Also 'Lu' our daughters 3 year old Cane Corso. They look maybe sad or dangerous, because they can sometimes bark, but are certainly not.   
You may always play with them, but please do NOT feed them. They are allergic to gluten.   
  
\* Smoking is forbidden inside our villas, please be aware of the risk of the fire in Portugal, do not discard cigarettes on the ground.  
  
\* The pool is not heated, but available from April 1st till Oktober 31st.  
  
\*We have beach towels, highchair, baby bed including bedding , baby bath, and a babymonitor available on request.  
  
\* If your stay with us is longer than 8 days, we will come and refresh your bed linnen & towels during your stay.

La maison située dans un cadre agréable est parfaitement équipée. La piscine est très appréciable pour se rafraîchir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alex et Mildred. Ils sont très accueillants. Nous recommandons a 100%. Nous reviendrons ! Merci encore.

#### Les vacances de rêve en Algarve.

La maison et sa piscine sont fonctionnelles et très appréciables. L'accès à la propriété est très facile, c'est calme et très agréable. Alex et Mildhred sont vraiment très sympathiques, disponibles et discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété, idéalement située en Algarve. #### Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé 17 jours magnifiques dans ce petit coin de paradis. Mildred et Alex sont géniaux, très accueillants et aux petits soins pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille et très bien équipé (il manque juste une machine à laver pour les longs séjours) Restaurants, centre commercial, marché, plage à proximité. Des vacances de rêves !

Une villa très bien située. A 20 minutes de Faro et 10 minutes de Fuseta... Idéale pour passer un séjour au calme ! Nous étions 4 et très bien accueillis par Alex et Mildred. très bel endroit situé dans un champs d"amandiers, près des orangers. maison fonctionnelle , agréable avec deux terrasses , seul le réfrigérateur est un peu petit a mon avis. Alex et Mildred sont absolument charmants , très attentionnés , très sympathiques, nous sommes heureux de les connaitre. C'est un endroit reposant , merci pour ces deux semaines superbes.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Oktober da. Den vorangegangenen Kommentaren kann man nur zustimmen. Herzlicher Empfang mit Goodies für das Ankommen. Gemütliches, mit Herz eingerichtetes sehr sauberes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, absolut private Lage, sehr netter persönlicher Kontakt ohne jemals „zu stören“, sauberer Pool, tolle Terrassen, Liegestühle, gemütliche Sitzecke draußen, Esstisch draußen.., nicht weit mit dem Auto zu Stränden und dann hatten wir noch absolutes Traumwetter. Sieht eher besser aus als auf den Fotos. Lage auf Karten im Netz stimmt nicht ganz, war aber kein Problem. Ein paar Autominuten von Moncarapacho. Wir kommen wieder!

Eine schöne Unterkunft, sauber und Alles da, was man zum Leben braucht. Mildreed und Alex sind freundliche und hilfsbereite Fermieter. Vom Pool aus kann man wunderbar die Bäume betrachten und den Vögeln zuhören. Es war rund um ein schöner Aufenthalt. Man sieht sich immer zweimal im Leben.

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen Kindern eine tolle Zeit in der Casa da Laranja. Das Haus und der Pool bietet alles, was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht. Mildred und Alex sind sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber, die für alle Anliegen ihrer Gäste ein offenes Ohr haben. Wir konnten vom Haus aus tolle Ausflüge an die Algarveküste und an die nahe gelegenen Strände unternehmen. Man braucht allerdings auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um mobil zu sein, da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

#### Peaceful bliss

The villa is set in a beautiful rural location, ideal for exploring the beaches and towns that the Eastern Algarve if that is your desire. Our choice was complete relaxation and visits to the excellent local restaurants. The villa inside and outside is super clean and comfortable with quality WiFi for streaming. Alex,Mildred & Emay are lovely hosts that respect your privacy. We shall certainly return.

#### Ruimte en vrijheid!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in casa Laranja. Het huisje is compleet ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een heerlijke douche en genoeg lounge en zitplekken om heerlijk te genieten. De ruimte om het huis met oleanders, grote cactussen, geraniums en allerlei mooie bloemen en planten. Ook de inrichting en aankleding met bloemen en schelpen is met veel aandacht gedaan. Tevens kregen we een warm welkom van Mildred, Alex en Emay. Emay had leuke tips voor onze tieners. Top week voor ons de Algarve is prachtig!

#### Ländliche Ruhe

Hier ist man weitab vom großstädtischen Trubel und kann einen ruhigen Aufenthalt zur Entspannung geniessen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Auch mit Dingen, die man sonst eher nicht erwartet. Drinnen wie draußen gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen, essen oder rumlümmeln. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely accomodation in a nice quiet location. Clean and comfortable and friendly owners. If you want quiet rather than a busier coastal resort then this is a lovely place to stay. A car is needed to get out and about and to shops.

#### Paradise in the Countryside

We spent 5 days at Alex and Mildred’s wonderful home and had a great time. A & M and daughter Emay are fantastic hosts and make you feel right and home and super fast to respond to anything you may need. The cottage is beautifully appointed, very clean, and has absolutely everything that you need (and more)! It is situated on a picturesque and extremely quiet property, over 200 acres in size full of fig and almond trees that you are free to harvest! The cottage is surrounded be decks and has very comfortable lounge and outdoor seating - arranged to be living outdoors! It has a great location and short drives to Tavira, Olhao, Fuseta, and Cabanas. The best part is that you don’t have to go anywhere - you can chill by the plunge pool and BBQ fresh kabobs from the local markets! We loved our stay and really felt at home. Highly recommend this as your next destination - we are coming back!

#### Oase der Ruhe, Ort zum Kraft Tanken

Dreieinhalb Wochen an diesem wundervollen Ort der Ruhe, Blüten und der Entspannung haben uns sehr geholfen wieder Kraft für die nächste Arbeitsphase zu schöpfen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Mildred, Alex und deren Hund in einem sehr sauberen und geschmackvoll möblierten Haus empfangen, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut und auf den beiden Terrassen sowie vor dem Kaminofen in der Sitzecke lässt sich das Leben genießen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Für den Pool war es leider noch etwas zu kühl und den Grill haben wir auch noch nicht genutzt. Dafür haben wir uns sehr an dem Vogelkonzert und den wunderschönen Blumen und Bäumen auf dem großen Grundstück erfreut. Die Umgebung bietet neben kulturellen Besichtigungen, Strandurlaub auch gute Wandermöglichkeiten im ruhigen und schönen Hinterland. (z.B. Via Algarviana) Es hat uns so gut gefallen, so dass wir uns bereits Gedanken über einen nächsten Aufenthalt bei Mildred und Alex machen. Vielen Dank für die schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Euch!
