This bright and spacious luxury waterfront apartment has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of these breath-taking views across the Ria Formosa Natural Park, Fuseta Island and the Atlantic Ocean. We have another apartment in the same Condominium: https://www.homeaway.co.uk/p1141347 This unique development is small and is situated in a cul de sac therefore giving a sense of exclusivity and privacy to all our guests! The apartment has been finished to a very high standard and comes complete with air conditioning, well equipped open plan fitted kitchen including dishwasher. Relax in the apartment overlooking the sea and lagoon or enjoy your own private terrace while drinking a glass of wine. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom with shower, a separate bathroom with bath and spacious bright open plan living room with Wall to floor adjustable glass windows for the fantastic views, natural light and cool breeze. Both bedrooms go directly to the private terrace. The complex boasts a communal swimming pool complex located on the opposite side and within view of the apartment. It is set amongst landscaped gardens, solely for the use of the guests and has 2 good size outdoor swimming pools. The roof top pool flows down as a waterfall to the lower pool. There are several areas for sunbathing equipped with loungers. The unspoilt fishing village of Fuseta is only a 15 minute walk away with its square and many cafes, bars and restaurants, shops, post office, bank and fresh produce markets also the lagoon beach and the ferry to the island. The train station for access to the west side of the Algarve and to the Spanish border is a short 8 minute walk from the apartment. Conveniently the apartment is only a 35 minute drive from Faro airport. The apartment and area is ideal for families with lots to see and do, or couples seeking a romantic getaway. Visit the traditional Portuguese neighbouring towns and villages along the Algarve coastline or take an organized boat trip from Fuseta along the Ria Formosa. Hire some bikes to cycle the coast or Go Karting in Olhão, visit the ancient city of Faro or swim with the dolphins at zoo marine in Albufeira. There's something for everyone! Across the road and within view of the apartment are the communal split level pools. The pools are on two levels, the top pool cascading down to the lower pool. Both have large patio areas with sun loungers to sunbathe and to take in the stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The private complex is set amongst tastefully designed landscaped gardens and grassed areas and is a cul-de-sac. There are ample parking spaces to the front of the building. Further details A 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance plus a refundable breakage bond (subject to satisfactory property inspection) of €120.00 euros will be payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The bond will be transferred back to you account within 10 days of your departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. All charges include cleaning prior to arrival, change of linen once per fortnight and cleaning after departure. Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels provided on request. Conditions Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. Address and directions to the apartment will be given when deposit has been paid. Our prices include air-conditioning and heating. Shorter term breaks of minimum 4 nights will be considered. We do try to be very flexible with arrival and departure times but on occasions we have to stipulate departure by 10.00hrs and arrival 16.00hrs. The Algarve / East Algarve region The Algarve is the sunniest place in Europe with 3000 hrs of sun each year. There are miles of unspoilt golden sandy beaches. Flight time to Faro direct from UK is approx 2.15 hrs and Fuseta is 30-35 mins drive from airport. The Portuguese are warm and very helpful people and many can speak English. Fuseta is a small town in the Ria Formosa in the eastern Algarve only 20 kms from Faro. Fuseta was originally a collection of small huts kept to store tools for fishing boats and now has developed but is still very traditional and touristic. The town is known for its quaint cubed houses with their terraces and interesting chimneys. Fuseta has two beaches within walking distance of the apartment: a small beach on the lagoon in the town itself and an ocean beach is just across the lagoon on the Island of Armona (short, cheap and frequent ferry ride). The Ocean beach extends for miles so those seeking more peace and privacy can walk 10 minutes to have the beach almost to themselves! Spend the day here and relax in the restaurant, bars and cafes. Faro, the capital of the Algarve is a great place to visit for its history, particularly attractive is the old part of the city still surrounded by the Roman walls. It is the home to the city's archaeological museum. The 'Golden' church contains the Macabre Spectacle of a chapel lined with the bones of 1,200 monks! Olhão is a busy modern town with a gem of a waterfront. Its fishing port is the most important in the Eastern Algarve and its fish market is the biggest. Has many shops, restaurants and an entire summer festival devoted to sea food. You can take boats to the island villages and beaches of Armona, Culatra and Farol - all great day trips. Tavira, 20 minutes away by car is a wonderful mix of the unexpected and the unusual. You will find a 13th century castle, the old gate of the city, a Camera Obscura, a magnificent Roman bridge, a beautiful garden with bandstand, and the old market hall which has been converted into a cafe/restaurant and craft shops area. There are many churches for which Tavira is famous. The Barril beach, Monte Gordo or Monta Rota are often voted as the best beaches. Marta, the owner, was incredibly helpful with all the questions we had about Algarve. She also gave us most useful information about Fuseta, activities, supermarkets, and even ATMs! I could not recommend it more for a holiday or even a long-term stay. ##### Marie-aurore S. ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Chantal G. 22 août 2025 On aurait mis 3.5 mais l'application ne permet pas de demi.Martha donne bcp de conseils et répond assez rapidement.Situé ds la petite ville de Fuseta, très jolie et pittoresque mais toutes les nouvelles constructions destinées aux touristes brisent un peu le charme, sans compter le bruit causé par la construction et la froideur des gens du coin à qui on ne peut pas en vouloir; leur vue de la Ria Formosa est bloquée par les nouveaux condos de luxe. Emplacement calme car dans un cul-de-sac et stationnement facile. Comptez un bon 15 minutes de marche pour se rendre à la plage ou au traversier (le stationnement y est difficile) qui va à celle de l'île de Fuseta, qui soit dit en passant vaut les quelques euros pour s'y rendre.Une voie ferrée sépare l'apt de la Ria Formosa mais le bruit du train n'est pas dérangeant et offre une belle option pour se rendre à Olhão ou à Faro.L'apt lui-même est spacieux/lumineux, mais prévoir l'achat de certains produits tel papier hygiénique et on doit le partager avec les fourmis; conseil de ne pas laisser trainer de nourriture. L'isolation sonore est excellente, permet de ne pas entendre les coqs, la construction aux alentours et les voisins qui partagent leurs chicanes de couple. Il faut aimer les matelas très fermes, le format Queen proposant une option ressors.Grande terrasse mais peu intime, trop chaude en août et le mobilier manque d'amour.Piscine petite pour la grandeur du complexe et peu de places assises vu le resto adjacent. ##### Chantal G. Weil wir 2 Wochen da waren, würde zwischendurch nochmals gereinigt inklusive frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher.Die große Terrasse war zum Frühstück und Abendessen perfekt. Ein paar kleinere Wermutstropfen waren, dass die Matratzen vom Einzelbett was umgebaut wird zur Doppelbett nicht optimal waren. Die Kissen vom Lounge und Hängesessel leider schon was abgenutzt waren. Was natürlich auch daran liegt, dass diese Sachen während der Saison immer draußen liegen bleiben. Alles in allem, wir würden wieder dahin fahren. ##### Anja H. Das Apartment hat in der Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Am Vormittag haben wir im Schatten auf der großen Terrasse das Frühstück genossen. Am Nachmittag gibt die Überdachung der Terrassenmöbel einen guten Schutz gegen die heiße Sonne Portugals. Die Lage ist ruhig mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Nur die Anreisebeschreibung ist etwas ungenau. Den Schlüssel bekommt man nicht beim direkten Nachbarn, sondern bei einem Nachbarn auf der linken Seite neben dem Gebäudekomplex, der einen langen grünen Zaun mit einem grünen Tor hat. Jedem Deutschen muss klar sein, dass es in Portugal kein deutsches Fernsehen gibt. Dies könnte die Vermieterin jedoch bei einem Provider buchen. Das wäre für uns eine nützliche Optimierung gewesen. ##### Hermann O.
