Here is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy the great neighbourhood atmosphere. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a second bathroom with bathtub is located in the hall. With a westward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great afternoon sun exposure and it is ideal for year-round occupation. Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi. The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash. Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival. The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash. It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are a few steps to access the apartment. Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. The apartment is super clean and modern, housed amongst other blocks on a new modern development, just 10 minutes walk from the seaside bars and restaurants.
