We had a king size bed with a jacuzzi in our room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good but wish they had more of a selection

AC was not working in the lobby and halls , the keys did not work for the exterior doors, initially they could only give one room key " we are low on room keys " So I found the quality low compared to what I am used to at most Hampton Inns. The staff were trying to do their best it seemed so I think things were outside their control
