Old Town Museum Tours and Activities

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Easy checkin even one hour early. Accommodation was excellent, much more than expected: roomy living area, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace. Parking was a big tight for even my average size vehicle, a significant challenge when parking next to full size pickup or SUV. Excellent location within easy walking distance or free bus to anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitly a place to stay and will look forward to our next visit there.

Exceptional stay. We can’t wait to return. Next time we would love to bring our children - we observed that the resort delivered an extraordinary luxury experience for families.

Just some miscommunications that made us feel like we got less value from our stay. For example, we thought we had free parking and breakfast but found out that’s only offered during the snow season. We booked the same room from the same link with friends which said connecting room and somehow they got two rooms connecting and we were surprised to only get one room, paying the same amount. They also were offered a 12pm checkout and when we asked for the same we were told 11am latest. It was just a bunch of strange little instances where we were confused that we seemed to be getting short changed throughout. All of that said - we absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, s’mores packs at night (though the firepit wasn’t working so that was a bummer), and the location is unbeatable. Luckily even though we booked 2 connecting rooms and only got one… our family of 5 still worked within the room we got because there was a big pull out.
