I have to say the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There is no reception, so you get an email with entry codes. Simple. The main annoyance was the cheap mattress through which you can feel and hear the springs. But if you have had a few drinks or are tired will not be a problem. And the loo seat was loose. But it's cheap and a shortish walk from the cathedral and city, so it's fine. Person emailing was nice too.

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

"We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just ..."

"Had an amazing stay here! Brilliant room and lovely club amenities with free cake and coffee and incredible breakfast! Only the inside pool is included so you have to pay £60 for 2 hours in the evening to use the whole spa. I feel like one spa session should be included when paying for club ..."
