« Je suis très moyennement satisfaite.
Lorsque l’on réserve une suite supérieure pour 4 personnes et qu’à votre arrivée, le canapé lit n’est même pas préparé et que l’on doit le préparer soi-même, ce n’est pas agréable après des heures de voyage.
Les draps n’etaient même pas dans la chambre ni les serviettes.
il a fallu se rendre plusieurs fois la réflexion, aucune aide ne nous a été proposé.
Réserver une suite à 200 $ la nuit avec des adolescents et devoir dormir les coussins d’un canapé n’est...
