The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a continental breakfast; muffins, bagels, cereal. The bagels were soft and satisfying. Hot coffee 24hrs. Microwave in the lounge area but room did have a mini fridge. Will stay here again!

Very cute cottage that was recently remodeled. We liked: the location, nicely decorated, kitchen with coffee pot, oven and fridge, the passes to Waterford Beach, the rec room, Responsive staff, the outdoor area with swing sets, picnic bench, huge yard. Although cottage #22 has 2 bedrooms, I would not recommend this unit for 2 adults and teens, it is too small. Warning - the hot water takes time to heat up. The cottage has a small air condition unit is in the kitchen only so the bedrooms were hot. We could have opened the windows, but there were no screens on the bedroom windows and the front door screen had holes in it. My only other complaint was that the bathroom sink: the faucet was too large for the sink, so water sprayed everywhere.

The price of the room was reasonable for the area. The staff was friendly. The hotel seemed to be under construction in swimming pool area. The breakfast area was nice with good food. Parking was easy. This is not a fancy place, just a convenient place. Hope this review helps others.
