The entrance opens onto the living area with dining table—also suitable as a **smart-working station**—a TV corner and an equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge/freezer and stove. From the living room, you access the covered veranda with a dining table and a wonderful sea view. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine. A **single sofa bed** in the living room provides the fifth sleeping accommodation, for a total capacity of 5 guests. **Outdoor Spaces** The covered veranda overlooking the surrounding Mediterranean greenery is the perfect place for breakfast, readingrelaxing moments outdoors.
