My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Keya greeted me with a warm smile and outstanding customer service that made me feel instantly welcomed and valued. Which made my check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. I slept peacefully throughout the night and truly appreciated how quiet and relaxing the environment was. The hotel’s facilities were just as impressive. Everything was well-maintained, modern, and easily accessible. Whether it was enjoying the common areas or taking advantage of the amenities, every part of the experience felt luxurious and well thought out. If I'm ever in Waynesboro again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

My room was warm. I believe the thermostat is set and controlled. Although someone came to my room in 5 minutes & put on a show of repairing…. the thermostat remained the same…The staff was nice & I didn’t want to make a big deal because I was only there for a graduation & one night but had I needed to stay for multiple days….. I couldn’t sleep in room that has the thermostat set at 73 for sleeping

I loved the cook to order selection of food.

It was a positive and relaxing stay.

No, no supplies in the Kitchen. No spoons, bowls, pans. Nothing. I was told you had to purchase supplies.
