"Its very important to note that there is a restaurant/bar downstairs that share the same lobby as the hotel. Many patrons chill at the lobby and make noise. Moreover, if you are driving, the paid parking lots around the property are either overpriced or limited vacancies."

"Absolutely lovely hotel; my stay here was terrific! The staff were very professional and friendly, and check-in went quite smoothly. The room was clean, the A/C was great, and the WiFi worked perfectly. They even let me store my luggage for the day following my check out. I appreciate this hotel and its staff very much. "チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"
