As a solo traveller, I felt restricted because the sound insulation wasn’t great. I worried if my background music was too loud. I could also hear heavy footsteps or people moving chairs. There was also weird electrical sounds in the toilet coming from fan ventilation turned on 24/7\. 아파트예요. 넓고 쾌적했어요. 양쪽에 베란다가 있어서 밤에 야경보기도 최고였습니다. 체크인정보가 메일로 온다고 했는데 체크인 시간까지 오지않아 전화를 해야했고, 호스트가 영어를 전혀 못하셔서 소통에 어려움이 있었지만 친절하게 안내해주셨습니다. 비수기라서 그런지 주차장도 항상 여유있었어요. 근처에 편의점, 스벅, 맥도날드 등 편의시설있고 유이레일 정거장까지도 大至上都可以！房間很大地方很整潔，房門用密碼鎖超正，附近有便利商店，距離國際通和DFS都很近，缺點就是如果駕車的話在GPS輸入電話號碼竟然顯示沒有資料的又沒有MAPCODE,每次都要開他們早前send來的email打開裏面的Google Maps才能找到酒店，如果管理人士在網頁加上MAPCODE就方便很多了，有免費車位但是如果酒店full ウィークリーマンションやコンドミニアム感覚のホテルでした。5泊中清掃は一回のみですが、毎日の清掃がいらない人にとっては充分過ぎると思います。部屋は広く清潔で、家電も一通り揃っていましたので毎日洗濯もできました。徒歩圏内にスーパーもコンビニもあり便利です。コスパは最高でしたのでまた利用したいと思います。ただし調理器具を使いたい場合レンタル（有料）を事前にお願いしないといけないようですのでご注意下さい。
