Not a $400+ per night hotel once all costs figured in). I will say the rooms were updated, clean, and beds were comfortable. Having no full time on staff makes this feel more like and Airbnb with no amenities that it does a hotel. Coffee service was a joke. It’s two keurigs with pods from Costco, and the water tank was empty with no staff on site so no way of filling. Roof top terrace views are good but careful walking or you will break your ankle on the uneven boards. Nightclub across the street has a DJ going until 1:00 or 2:00 AM (at least the Saturday I was there) so good luck falling asleep with bass making the building shake. If you want a place to stay and are just gonna be hammered and pass out then go for it. If you want a place to stay with your family or kids, look elsewhere.
