The kids played games while adults prepped dinner, then the kids had a movie night downstairs while adults played games. The weather allowed us to also enjoy the outdoor patio. The home is well stocked and Janet accommodated the few items overlooked. The key pad was difficult to use, and I was thankful for having a lock box option. Nov 13, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Quick weekend getaway Overall a great property, the sidewalk and driveway are still all torn up so you have to park on the street, luckily the ground was dry to walk across otherwise it could have been a muddy mess. If I could give half stars I would have given 4 1/2 stars for cleanliness, the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned great and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned better there were hairs and things that didn't get fully wiped, and the hand towel in the master was dirty. Otherwise, everything else was great, the house is all updated and very nice! We were glad we stayed here instead of a hotel, so quiet and cozy! Janet was quick to respond to my questions as well. Apr 12, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in Disliked: Location #### Ski Trip We rented this property for a Spring Break ski trip due to its proximity to 2 resorts; Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Overall, the house was nicely decorated and comfortable, however it does appear to be a DIY flip type property. The pictures are very HGTV but in person, while nice, most of the finishes are not high end. The bathroom/kitchen fixtures seem cheap and being a rental, probably won't last. The kitchen could use more everyday items; more dinner plates(there are only 6), pots/pans, wine glasses, paper towels/napkins, foil/Saran Wrap etc. The beds are listed as queen sized but they are full size, a bit misleading. The neighborhood was pretty run down; many houses in various stages of disrepair. While not the owners fault, there were very loud, barking dogs in the white house next door, the dogs barked at all hours. As stated before, the house worked for our needs, we just wish the description was more honest in regards to bed size/location/neighborhood. We cannot speak to the responsiveness of the owner as she never reached out to check in on our stay and no issues arose on our end.
