Relax at the Beach over looking the Bay

When you need a relaxing beach get away, look no further. We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay and very close to Bethany Beach. The views from our roof top decks will inspire your journey to relaxation. Our property has outdoor ring spotlight/doorbell cameras for your safety.

They drop off Linens at the house and pick them up when you are done. Very easy and they rent anything else you might need. check out their website. Very spacious and beautifully updated home on the bay! Our group included four families with young children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped and having two ovens was extremely helpful! Would love to return in the future and would highly recommend!

Great Getaway Location

This house immaculate and the location is great, just a quick drive to the beach. Our family gathered to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary by doing a joint beach vacation. We couldn't be happier with the house, location, and the responsiveness of the owners. We had a minor problem accessing the house at check-in, but the owners were very accessible and helped resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your beautiful home!

Gorgeous house

This house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location. It is only a 10 minutes drive to a supermarket, liquor store, gas station and Beach! We like to go to the the Indian River Inlet beach because of the proximity and there’s plenty of parking. The Big Chill is located there which is great for using the bathroom or getting a bite to eat. We loved our stay and would go back again! 😊

Fantastic weeklong beach getaway

We love staying at this property. We’ve got a big group with grandparents and several grandkids. This is our 2nd time staying and the place is great. Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. Also just a short drive to Bethany, which is our favorite beach. All in all, a fantastic place to stay! Can’t wait to be back again next year!

beautiful family weekend

My family & I had the best time at Walter's beach house Memorial Day weekend. it was 14 of us, 6 kids & 8 adults. It's so hard for us to find a house for our group size, this house was accommodating to all of us. We didn't have to fight over bathrooms or showers. Staying at the bay is so peaceful and relaxing. the views from the decks are breathtaking. the kitchen and living room were our favorite places to hang out. the kids loved the bean bag chairs. the house supplied a kids table which was such an added bonus! We loved taking a walk to the dock. the kids had plenty of room in the driveway to use their scooters/bikes. the big driveway is so helpful for multiple cars, we fit 3 big cars so easy and had no trouble getting in and out. we made amazing memories on this trip and we can't thank you enough. It was our first time exploring this area of Delaware and we were not disappointed.

Dream Beach House

The beach house exceeded our expectations, it was big enough for our extended family of 9 adults and 3 kids. Each family had their own floor, bedrooms, bathrooms and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together in the living room/kitchen/dining room floor. The view from the upper decks was great, frequently used as a quiet napping space for some time in the sun. The driveway had room for all our vehicles to come and go without moving vehicles around a ton. The house was very clean and had the essential in the kitchen to cook meals. One of the things that we loved was the proximity to Bethany Beach and nature trails. From the house you could walk to James Farm, bike to Prickly Pear, drive to DiFebos Market or head West to Evens Park for some pickleball. For those in our family that were part of the antique car shows in OCMD, it wasn’t that bad of a trip south. If we had to say there was a con, it would really be more of a wish list item because there were a lot of steps and no elevator but who doesn’t need more exercise and the view is worth the hike up to the top floors! We opened the shades everyday so we could see every bit of the view. Thank you Terry, Charlie and Steven for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for a girls long weekend. There was plenty of sleeping room for the 9 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. We would of loved to have used the decks but the weather did not cooperate. The main living area had a table that had plenty of room for our group to sit around and play games. The furniture in the family room was so comfy and so were the beds. Since we didn't have great weather we took a short uber ride to Salted Vines Winery which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home by the bay.

This house was perfect for the group of friends that like to vacation on spring break together. The views of the bay are gorgeous especially the sunsets. The kids had a blast with all the space available. If you needed to get away for a moment, there are 4 levels so it’s easy to have your own downtime. Drive time to the beach, restaurants and shopping are very reasonable.
