Bay Forrest Excellence

It had been several years since we stayed at this residence and it was just as awesome in 2024 as we remembered it to be! The attention to detail by the property owner is second to none. From the second we checked in we felt as if this was our home and not a vacation rental. The house is close to all local attractions and the amenities within the community itself. Our group had such a lovely time at this beautifully appointed property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen/living area had a great layout. Our children loved hanging out and sleeping in the spacious upstairs den—and from the pools to the pickleball courts, they had loads of fun activities to keep them busy. As a special touch, the owner surprised us with a refrigerator and pantry stocked with sodas, water, and snacks. Such a gem. We can’t wait to return!

Couldn't have been more perfect!

My husband and I treated our grown kids/spouses and our four grandchildren to a week at Bethany Beach, and were so lucky to have found this house and Tundi. The house is layed out so nicely and the development is located very conveniently to the market and only 15 min to the beach. But the two pools on the premesis were really perfect because the weather this week was over 90 every day. We took full advantage. We really hope we can come back again next year, if everyone's schedules coincide! Tundi was such a pleasure as our host.

Beautiful spacious home in a very quiet community with great amenities…. something for everyone. Home was just as pictured and was very clean. You really just need to bring your clothes and food (if u want to cook) everything you could possibly need for cooking, going to the beach, relaxing at one of the pools, or hanging in the yard shooting a frisbee or throwing a game of corn hole. Communication with the owner was fantastic, questions answered, problems resolved immediately. Definitely a home to return to in the future!

We had a large family group with four children, two of who were year old twins. The home had space for all nine of us. There is a comfortable covered back porch as well as a front porch. One of the pools is very close to the house. There is a grill for barbecuing. The house is well supplied with utensils and some basic spices. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels to keep them separate from the white towels supplied with the home. The king bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms downstairs, and one of the two bedrooms upstairs is very large with its own living area with tv, which keeps things quieter. We enjoyed our visit.

Amazing home for an amazing family vacation!!

I can’t express enough how beautiful this home and development was!! We had such an amazing family vacation and felt the comfort of home in this lavish house. Tunde was such a fantastic host from the moment we booked to the welcome gifts when we arrived. He was constantly in contact and made the experience exceptional. The two community pools were also so close and so fantastic. So sad to leave but extremely thankful for the past week.

Beautiful house, wonderful host!

This Bethany Beach house is a luxurious oasis that you rarely find in a beach property. Usually beach houses of this quality are 10-15+ miles away from the beach, but this one is only 4 miles away from the boardwalk. The house is beautifully appointed with every amenity you can think of provided. But most of all, the host/owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions along the way. Highly recommend booking this property if you can, as it is only open for a few weeks of the year. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

This beautiful newer home was perfect for our family of 10. Tunde was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs and questions. He even supplied welcome snacks and a fridge full of drinks. The home was furnished with everything we needed for our week beach vacation. The back and front porches were great sitting Areas. Our children enjoyed all of the amenities the complex offered. Tennis and Pickle Ball courts, the gym, the two swimming pools and lazy river. We visited several different beaches and State Parks during our stay. We will definitely visit this home Again.

Magnificent Vacation Home

We have been traveling to Delaware for yearly vacations since our children were young. Normally we rented at the Sea Colony. Now that our kids are grown with children of their own, we needed larger accomodations. This amazing home fit the bill! The host was wonderful providing us with a well stocked kitchen including supplies, drinks and snacks. He responded to all questions and was very helpful. The home itself is beautifully decorated with all conveniences. Our grandchildren loved watching movies in the upstairs TV/ playroom. The location is convenient to all amenities including pool with water slides, tennis, gym and walking trails. We also enjoyed trips to the beach, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants and of course Funland in Rehoboth Beach. Our family had a wonderful week and would definitely rent this awesome vacation home again!

Beautiful Bay Forest Home

Family just returned from a wonderful vacation in this beautifully decorated Bay Forest home. Owner very accommodating - left snacks and drinks upon our arrival. Home was perfect for our family including kids 7 and 4 and infant 9 months. House very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed amenities in community including pool and tennis courts. Owner responded to questions and was very helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you again for renting your beautiful home to us!

Outstanding Vacation

We rented this property during the most beautiful week in May...temps just right, no rain at all and sunny every day. But what made this vacation outstanding was the house...roomy, decorated beautifully, clean, responsive owner, AND well supplied with all you would need and more. We have rented many homes over the years and this was, by far, the best one in all ways that mattered to us. Bay Forest Community is maintained beautifully .., lovely homes, trails for walking, nicely landscaped (with red rose bushes everywhere), ponds with fountains, etc. We were too busy to take advantage of the many community amenities but much is available including several pools, a water park with a lazy river, tennis, etc. We walked the trails, took the Lewes ferry to Cape May, visited a local garden area, and ate most of our meals at fantastic restaurants very close to the house. Our favorite was Off the Hook. Mostly, we just relaxed on the front and back porches where the 4 of us sipped our wine...2 bottles supplied by the owner with an assortment of snacks ...and enjoyed the company of each other. We would go back to this home in a heartbeat...

Awesome property, Awesome Owner!

Hoping to stay again!

We had an incredible stay at this house. Everything was new and clean. It was a great location with a short drive to the beach and 2 large community pools. The house was beautiful and a ton of space and able to sleep our 3 families. The owner was so accommodating with pool passes, snacks to welcome us and was extremely responsive for our many questions. We are really hoping to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember.

Beautiful Home with Resort Amenities

This vacation home is even more stunning than the pictures show. We vacationed here with our family and it was a wonderful week for everyone ages 6 to 70. The spacious layout provides areas to gather. It’s location provides you the best of both worlds - resort amenities and easy access to Delaware beaches. From the amazing pool to shopping in Rehoboth to walks around the community to visiting Fenwick Island there is plenty to do. The owner is very attentive and really cares that you have a great stay.

Stunning Home in Resort Community

This vacation home is even more stunning than the pictures show. It is beautifully decorated with a spacious layout. We found it to be the perfect location for our family vacation. The resort amenities offer something for everyone to do. We vacationed with ages 6 to 70 and from the pools, to tennis, to the fitness center, and walking paths there was something for everyone. The owner is very helpful, responsive, and committed to our family having a great experience. It is an easy drive to Bethany Beach so you get the best of both worlds (pool with a lazy river or a day at the beach). The location also means you can drive to experience Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, and Ocean City, MD as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this home!

Absolutely wonderful!

This home was probably the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at, it was absolutely beautiful, extremely impeccably kept, the host was so very generous! Upon arriving there were many snacks as well as cold drinks and some wonderful wine! He truly did want us to have a great vacation and we sure did, the pools were wonderful, the lazy river and slides we all had a blast on them. It’s so convenient to get to Bethany beach, the shuttle takes you right there, no parking hassles! Great restaurants in the area as well as very convenient grocery stores. We made a lot of great memories there, as all 5 of our grandchildren went along with their parents, for a family of 11 it couldn’t have been any better, the home is very spacious and we never felt like we were crowded, quite the opposite. If you are planning a family vacation this is the place to rent! The host couldn’t be any nicer and the home any better! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful family home

This is our second year staying in the Bay Forest Community and we were spoiled by this house! Gorgeous rooms, stocked with conveniences such as snacks and soaps, and an awesome location that is an easy walking distance to both pools. Tunde was a pleasure to work with and it's clear he takes pride in sharing his home with guests! We had a wonderful time and are so thankful for our vacation!
