Best of all, Serenity Now is dog-friendly, allowing you to bring up to two of your furry companions along for the fun. Enjoy the world-class amenities of Bear Trap Dunes and the close proximity to the sand and surf of Bethany Beach! Floor-by-Floor Description First Floor: Features an open and airy layout. The living room offers a comfortable sectional couch with a sleeper sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large-screen TV with cable. The dining area includes seating for six. The Primary Suite is also located on this level for easy accessibility, featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is available for guest use. Second Floor: Designed for guest comfort and privacy. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a toddler bed with a wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or groups, offering four twin beds and a TV. These two bedrooms are connected by a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. Outdoor Living: Enjoy the fresh coastal air from the screened porch sitting area or the back deck, which features seating for seven people and a gas grill for afternoon cookouts. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. STARTER KIT 1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. \-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The home was exactly as described, well-appointed, immaculate, and family-friendly. We loved sitting on the front porch as well as the lovely screened-in back porch and deck. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to spread out. Our grandchildren, ages 3 and 6, enjoyed the house, the games, and the beach toys provided. Our little dog also enjoyed the screened-in porch and people watching on the front porch. The BBQ was very convenient, and the kitchen was in perfect working order. Parking was easy.
