Enjoy a retreat away from home. Newly remodeled with new carpet, deck furniture and HVAC system with Merv 11 Air filtration. You will not be disappointed when you enjoy all of the amenities offered with this spacious end-unit townhouse, located right on the golf course and just a few minutes walk to the pavilion and pools. Three miles to Bethany Beach, shops and restaurants close by. This 4 Bedroom, 3 ½ Bath home, located on the Black Bear 9th hole tee box (of the 27-hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course) has much to offer. In addition to the spacious bedrooms (2 masters suites) you will be delighted with the Great Room, fully loaded kitchen, and beautiful, scenic screened in porch with gas grill where you can enjoy watching the golfers tee off. The foosball in the garage is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults.

You can also enjoy the convenience of the shuttle bus stop to Bethany Beach, located across the street. We have some beach chair and toys for you to use for your trip. The Amenities fee for the pool/recreation center and beach shuttle is $35 for 3-day and $45 for 7-day pass/each person prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day and $65 for 7-days/each person Memorial Day through Labor Day (prime season), You will need passes for persons over 4 yrs old. We offer a separate linen package from an online linen delivery service. Tenants who desire the linen package can select the desired linens and towels and set it up for delivery and pick up or you can have the bedmaking service provided for $56. The standard package for this rental is $185 for 10-towel sets, 2-kings, 1-double, 1-queen and 3-twins sheet sets to be delivered and picked up. It is up to the tenant to go to the website and order their desired package. Once you book the rental with us please ask us for the rental address information to allow you to book the linens online. 1st Floor
There is a master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. Two separate family rooms both equipped with televisions. A fully loaded kitchen and dining area, open and bright leads right out to the screen porch and open deck. Half bathroom.

2nd Floor
The 2nd floor consists of a large Master Bedroom and private Bath. Furnished with a King bed, and a large television. The additional two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first is furnished with 1 twin/double bunk bed and a Queen. The second room is equipped with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have their own televisions.

Enjoy the convenience of the 27-hole golf course, tennis courts, 2 outdoor & 1 indoor pool, fitness room, saunas, hot tub, basketball, and beach shuttle. Don’t feel like cooking? Enjoy cocktails, lunch or dinner at the Bistro in the Bear Trap Dunes clubhouse.

Bethany Beach is a family friendly community with many shops and restaurants. Enjoy outdoor events all summer long: Movies on the beach, concerts on the boardwalk and don't forget the farmers market on Fridays.

This place was perfect for a girl’s getaway. The location was absolutely perfect and the house was nice and clean when we arrived. I had to reach out to the owner and she quickly responded to my concerns. We loved the quiet screened in porch that overlooked the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been doing a family summer vacation at Bear Trap for many years, and love the location. Since our family has grown, we needed a larger home. It was very clean, and there was plenty of indoor as well as outdoor space (loved the screened-in porch)! The kitchen was fully stocked. This home was perfect for us!

This was a great home for our early Fall escape to the beach. Everything suited our needs perfectly. Loved the main level master BR overlooking the golf course. Great bed! Being on the golf course was very enjoyable and the beach shuttle just outside the front door was perfect! We will be back!

First time we stayed at the same place twice. Neighborhood is so quaint & friendly neighbors. You will feel right at home with quality furnishings, loads of space & all the needed conveniences. We especially love the screened in porch overlooking the golf course! You will not be disappointed! Thanks for the memories!

This home is a good option to consider for summer beach rentals in Bethany Beach, especially if you have a large party. We had 9 people from teens to adults staying. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedroom options, including upper & lower master suites. The Bear Trap community is lovely and so close to the beach. Swim & shuttle passes are extra but we did purchase those. We enjoyed the pool and gym facilities multiple times. A miscommunication with the cleaning staff left us a linen issue to sort out when we arrived, but this was NOT the owner's fault! Both owners were very responsive to all communication with our party. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The house was in a great location, we were able to walk up to the clubhouse for dinner and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the screened porch (we LOVED the Bear Trap community!). The house was plenty roomy enough for the 6 of us but it could use a good deep cleaning & a little re-fresh. I bought a swifter to re-mop the floors, not a big deal. Also, it could use some new pillows, newer pots and pans, sharp knives, new beach chairs, but overall it was decently well equipped & we mostly ate out or brought in take-out, lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, a very nice stay at the beach.

I have seen this neighborhood as a potential rental for the years our family has chosen the Bethany Beach area for summer vacation, and finally took the plunge! And it did not disappoint! We usually choose some kind of waterfront, preferably the bay, but the beautiful, serene view of the golf course from the large screened in porch was just perfect. Enjoyed watching golfers w/morning coffee or an evening drink. Plenty of spaces for guests to socialize & relax inside & out. Having a grill was a nice addition, too. And the neighborhood is just so picturesque, it almost feels like a movie set. The owners were very responsive & easy to work with for any issues. You can tell this house is a home. Loved it so much, we booked already for next year! Thanks for the memories!

Disappointed in some things described that were not available....there were issues with the grill not working, arcade games in garage not working, lighting not working, and a bad ant problem in kitchen...other than that, house was nice. Could use a thorough cleaning on the outside/ porch area front and back.

This was a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, new plush carpets, right on the golf course. We enjoyed the community amenities such as the pool, basketball court and weight room. The shuttle was a convenient way to get to Bethany Beach as well. There was plenty of room in this spacious home for our family of 10, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was not clean when we got there. The cleaning lady arrived at 4 which is when we were supposed to have checked in. My daughter and granddaughters helped her clean the bathrooms and kitchen. We waited two additional hours until it was done and checked in at 6 pm. Not really fair that I had to pay a cleaning fee.

We rented this home for a short golf trip for 4 guys. The house was large and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the family room area and the screened porch. We were surprised that bed linens and towels were not included since they have been on all previous trips using VRBO homes. Since we were driving we were able to bring them so it wasn't a huge deal and the owners do provide them for a fee - the fee would be reasonable for a week but not for a short stay (2 nights) like ours.

This property was just as described and more. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in instead of fighting holiday weekend crowds. It was very clean. The beds were very comfy. The community has it all. We got involved in the tennis round robins at the tennis courts. Everyone was welcoming. The owners were very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The screened porch was a great place to sit and watch the golfers roll by. We would definitely stay here again! Debbie Drown

We had such a wonderful stay for our Easter break. The house was ideal for our family and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and made making a holiday dinner so easy. We had to reach out to the owner and she was very responsive. Bear Trap is a great neighborhood, very family friends with lots to do. It should be in the descriptions that in order to use the pool and other amenities you have to purchase a pass. We would love to return at some point.
