The owners are highly responsive and the check-in is super easy and contactless. At the House: The Master BR is spacious and on the main floor (the other 3 BR's are upstairs and one of them has a nice deck with great views). The screened in porch is awesome - great for listening to music, drinking coffee and adult beverages. The downstairs area has Adirondack chairs and overlooks the canal. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and overlooks the den/living room, so I could cook and watch TV. Logistics: It's about a 10 min walk to the beach, and a straight shot to a public boardwalk - across the street is a very nice area with multi-million dollar houses. I felt very safe there and it's quiet/peaceful. It's about a 15 minute walk to Coastal Wine & Tap and Pelican's Perch as well. Overall: I loved this place and didn't want to leave. It provides everything needed and more for the perfect family vacation from linens, toiletries, baby necessities, wakeboards, and kayaks. The hosts were gracious and helpful. The house is in a perfect location on the sound, just a short walk to the beach. It is well appointed and comfortable so that you have everything you need for a relaxing beach week. Property was very clean, ideal bedroom/bathroom situation and well-furnished. Owners were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the boat dock (since we brought our boat) and the views of the intracoastal waterway and from the back porches.
