Sleeps 8 This first floor, side unit of an oceanfront condo features three bedrooms and two baths on one level and was renovated in 2025. The Master Suite has a King bed, en-suite bathroom, direct access to the balcony with excellent direct ocean views and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a King bed and a Smart TV. The third bedroom that can sleep four, features a Bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and twin bed up top) along with a separate Twin bed and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully furnished, and the dining table seats six. The living room, which also has access to the balcony with excellent direct ocean views at side unit prices, contains a sofa and two chairs along with a Smart TV. The condo provides guests with WiFi Each Smart TV allows for streaming YouTube TV using the guest’s own accounts. The private balcony has two chairs and a small table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the ocean waves. Community Amenities provided for guest use include the seasonal pool, outside shower and Hibachi-style charcoal grills. Amenities include master suite, central heat and air, fully stocked kitchen, side by side refrigerator with built in icemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, blender, stackable washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi, Each bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Ocean Isle Villas offers 1 parking spot per Unit. There are 5 overflow parking spaces available on a first come, first serve basis. Towing is enforced. This property has KEYLESS ENTRY. You will be notified when the Unit is ready and will use the Keyless Entry at check in and checkout. This property provides all pillows, bed linens and bedspreads along with all bath towels and washcloths. Paper and soap products are not provided.
