Golf Cart Included To enhance your stay, we've provided a 6-passenger golf cart for your use during your visit. (Proof of insurance, a valid driver's license, and a signed golf cart agreement are required.) Linen and Towel Service Policy We provide a comprehensive linen and towel service for your convenience, which includes: \- Top and fitted sheets per bed \- Pillowcases \- One set of towels per person (each set consists of 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth) \- kitchen towels For our guests' peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Booking and Cancellation Terms: \-Last Minute Bookings: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure linens can be provided. \- Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. While a cleaning fee is included in your reservation, please be mindful to follow the check-out procedures. Leaving the home excessively dirty may result in additional cleaning charges, which you will be responsible for. Guest Requirements: \- You must be at least 26 years old to make a booking. \- Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others; the individual who pays for the reservation must also be present during the stay. It had everything you would need and we cooked all but 1 meal in the beautiful large kitchen while we were there for 7 days with 10 adults ages 19-89\. Everything was very clean and neat. We did contact the owner a couple of times and got a response very quickly. The beaches are beautiful and only a short walk from the condo. This was our first trip to Ocean Isle but it definitely won’t be our last. The only thing that I would complain about would be the mosquitos. They were awful and huge. Of course we were coming in on the end of a hurricane so that may have had something to do with it. It was for sure no fault of the owners but a vacationer beware and bring bug spray note. Thank you for a beautiful, comfortable vacation spot for our family. ##### Tracy C. It was the perfect week for our family! Easy access to the beach and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine and ocean breeze! Everyone loved the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals and although a little small we all fit in the living room for family games! Any problem that came up was handled immediately. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and was great for the kids. The location at the end of the island was perfect. Close to beach access, very little traffic. The house was plenty spacious and had everything we needed. I will definitely look to rent this house again in the future. ##### James D. We loved the location, the pool and the large kitchen table for games. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Our party consisted of 8 adults(hubby, myself, our 4 adult children plus 2 SO), so the indoor living space was a little tight, but who goes to the beach to watch TV? This house has by far been my favorite. The kitchen was absolutely the best and spacious for all our morning breakfast antics. Plenty of bed options and the bunk beds perfect for the two kids. The house was perfect for our family of 8\. The proximity to the beach was awesome. The pool is a great size for kids. Beds were comfortable. However, we were not notified of a scheduled maintenance. Our air conditioning was turned off at 8:30 a.m. and we had a 10:00 a.m. check out. Running thru the checkout checklist was a pain in a stuffy house. We felt rushed getting our last minute things together. It would have been nice to have been notified of the maintenance beforehand so we could have prepared.
