New King mattress in 2024. The main living area plus a bedroom & bath have Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors. In addition, we purchased comfy family room furniture. New comforters have been added to the bedrooms. Finally, it was time to purchase a new A/C unit. Hope you enjoy the upgrades to our home away from home. We always get comments about our well stocked kitchen!

Amenities include 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (2 tubs and 2 shower stalls), 9-foot ceilings and LVP & ceramic tile floors throughout, digital cable, wireless Internet, flat screen TV with USB port, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player in the family room, Samsung Wireless Smart TV's in each bedroom. The villa also includes a large dining table with 8 chairs plus breakfast bar with 4 bar stools, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, wet bar, top of the line appliances. Other amenities include: washer/dryer, central air, ceiling fans, whirlpool tub in master bath, elevator access, and parking for 4 cars.
