Discover the ultimate coastal retreat at OIB Relax Inn, a stunning canal-front home that offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. This beautiful property features four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends seeking a memorable escape.  
  
On the first level, the luxurious master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with dual vanities and a custom shower, providing a spa-like experience. Another bedroom on this floor, furnished with two queen beds, offers plenty of space for family or friends. A convenient hall bathroom with a tub and shower completes the first level.  
  
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity, offering both comfort and privacy. The loft area is a perfect retreat, furnished with two recliners and a 70" Smart TV for your entertainment.  
  
Step outside and unwind in your own private oasis. Take a dip in the private pool, or soak up the sun on the spacious deck while watching the boats cruise by. The fixed and floating docks are ideal for crabbing, fishing, or simply enjoying the peaceful canal views. A picnic table provides the perfect spot for an al fresco meal, while the shaded sitting area offers a relaxing place to sip cocktails and enjoy the scenery. In the evenings, you can challenge friends or family to a fun game of air hockey or enjoy a movie night on the large screen TV.  
  
The open-concept living area is designed for comfort, with a dining table that seats eight and a bar area with four stools, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with two full-size refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, and both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.  
  
On the ground level, a large sitting area opens up to the pool and offers lovely views of the canal, providing an ideal spot to relax with a good book or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The home also includes a washer and dryer, cable TV, secure Wi-Fi, and keyless entry for added convenience.  
  
This property rents for a minimum of three nights before May 26 and after August 26, with weekly rentals required during peak seasons. \*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.\*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.  
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.  
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
