Just a 5 minute walk from the beach, this brand new home in Ocean Isle Beach has all the comforts you are looking for with an amazing view and private pool to guarantee a relaxing vacation steps from the beach! Be the first to experience our brand new home on the beautiful West End. Our open floor plan in the living space makes sure you can take full advantage of the ocean and waterway views and on a clear day you can see all the way to Myrtle Beach! Our elevator makes it easy for you to be able to access every level without missing a beat. LIVING ROOM: Two comfortable sofas face the 65 inch smart TV that you can use to log on to your favorite streaming services, never missing a beat with your shows you love. Use our Alexa to ask recommendations for dinner or enjoy reading a book or playing a board game from our collection. KITCHEN: Brand new, state of the art appliances are ready for all of your culinary adventures! We have a Cafe Induction Stove, LG fridge and dishwasher and GE oven and microwave. Taking care to make sure you have plenty of room for all of your food, there is a very spacious pantry with an additional fridge adjacent to the kitchen. Pantry staples are ready to be used, including plenty of oil, spices and even Old Bay Seasoning! There is seating for 10 around the dining table and 5 at the island, so no one has to fight for a chair! BEDROOMS: With our five well-appointed bedrooms everyone will sleep soundly after their adventures at the beach! On the first floor there is a king bed with ensuite bath with tub. Also on that floor is a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin bunkbeds with trundle beds, perfect for housing all of the kids! Those rooms share a spacious bathroom with a large shower. On the second floor is the master suite with amazing views of the ocean, a welcoming king bed, walk-in shower and large closet with plenty of storage space. On that same floor is a bedroom featuring a queen bed and twin daybed, which has its own ensuite bathroom with shower as well as a walk-in closet. GAME ROOM: We want to make sure you and your group has as much fun at the house as you do on the beach! Our game room on the ground floor has a digital pin ball machine, arcade game with the classics like Frogger, foosball and a ping pong table. Hang out and play casually or start up a tournament for bragging rights that can last until your next trip! OUTDOORS: We have our own private pool with plenty of chairs for soaking up the sun. Expansive decks on the front and back of the house offer plenty of outdoor seating with amazing views of both the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise in the rocking chairs or relaxing in the swing. Note: The pool can be heated in March, April, May, September and October for an additional $85 per day. If you are interested in heating the pool please let us know at the time of booking. GUEST ENTRY: We utilize a smart lock for entry into the house, with the code being provided shortly before your stay and reset after each guests' visit has ended. ALL IN THE DETAILS: We want you to be able to have the most relaxed and enjoyable experience possible when staying at Blue Heaven. As such, we have made every effort to provide as much as we can to make your visit a smooth one. We will provide linens for the beds and one bath towel and beach towel per guest. The house is incredibly well stocked with kitchen tools, two sets of washers and dryers, an extra frig, a wine frig, great beach items, etc. It was also just a beautiful house that felt brand new. Plan to eat at home and walk to many venues as the traffic and restaurant wait time are difficult. It’s so new and clean, with conveniences that you cannot find elsewhere, such as 2 refrigerators on the main level, a huge pantry, and two washers and dryers! With our large group, those extras made the week so much smoother than previous rentals. The views are incredible; the various decks all face different bodies of water, and we enjoyed some gorgeous sunsets. We loved riding the golf cart to the beach access through the quaint and quiet neighborhood. The house was so well-stocked, that we were blessed with not having to bring a ton of non-food items, like hand soap, dishwashing soaps, laundry detergent, etc. Very generous of the owner to provide those items. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and main living area. The primary bedroom closet was huge! I could go on and on about the home and the owner’s fast and friendly communication. This is a GORGEOUS property! Light and airy with beautiful decor. Very convenient to the beach, and game room, cornhole, ping pong, and the pool kept us entertained. Fully stocked kitchen, open plan main living space, and views of the ocean, lagoons and inter coastal waterway made the top floor a special retreat. We will be back! ##### JoAnne B.
