This was our 8th OIB home and it was our best. Great floor plan for all the generations. Elevator was a life saver for my 91 year old mom. We were 10 adults and 10 children (8 years old and younger). Shay the house manager was very responsive. It could have been a tiny bit cleaner (for example, it was dirty/dusty under some of the beds and some of the comforters were stained) but overall it was clean enough. The location was great which also meant that the beach was a bit crowded, but again not too crowded. We liked the covered pool for the infants. We would have preferred linens and beach chairs to have been part of the weekly fee for convenience, but Shay made sure that they were available to rent as needed. We loved the open space for meals and having double refrigerators and dishwashers. Overall, we would rent the same property again. ##### Anne L.
