The location of this home is absolutely perfect. Watching the sunset on the deck over the water was one of my favorite parts. Beautiful home with everything you need. Short walk to the pool and beach. Owner is a great communicator. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect Getaway for Family of 5

The property is in a beautiful, quite setting on the waterway and only a 4 min walk to the beach. Very clean spacious property with comfortable beds. Perfect yard space for kids to play with a seating area for parents to sit and watch. Owner was very easy to work with and we plan to rent again.

The location is perfect. The sunsets from the back deck were beautiful. Not too far from the beach access and close to the community pool. Kitchen was well stocked. The outside shower was great. Property owner very easy to contact.

Clean Home at a Great Location

The property was clean and the location was great. Indoor and outdoor furniture suited our family’s needs. Beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and close to the beach. Overall a quiet and (and seemed like) a safe area. Would stay again if we decide to return to OIB next year.

Perfect house for our annual beach trip!

The house is situated at the end of the street, with a nice open lot that sits on the inlet. We were able to sit outside by the bar, and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The house was clean, decorated nicely and suited our needs perfectly. Comfy beds, a nice sectional, and big bathrooms made for a great stay for our crew of varying ages. We will be back!

Great beach week

We loved our week at this beach house.! We’ve been going to Ocean Isle for over 20 years, and have stayed in Island Park at least 10 years. This was our first time in this particular house, and we were very pleased with everything about it! My husband enjoys photography and was able to get beautiful photos from the deck! Jon was very helpful in all aspects of our stay. Hope to stay here again!

Recent stay

My family and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and we had a great stay! The house was clean, updated, and a short walk to the beach. We had a 2.5 year old and a 4 year old and the walk to the beach was very doable. It was nice to sit out on the deck on the sound side as well. The owner, Jon, was great to work with and helped as we prepared for our trip. We will definitely be back!

Great week at Ocean Isle

We particularly enjoyed the sunset view from this house, and our grandsons were all about fishing from the community dock, which is about six houses down. The house was well stocked and in addition, the owner was very responsive, which we really appreciated. We hope to return. Thanks for a great week!

Great Stay!

Excellent property! The marsh views off the back deck were wonderful for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunsets at night. The grass area out back was perfect for tossing a football or frisbee and to allow our kids to run. Short walk to the beach made this a fantastic find. Jon was very welcoming and responsive to all of our questions. Thanks for a great stay! Go Pirates!
