Beautiful deep water beach house

This beautifully decorated 4BR/2BA beach house located at 37 Concord Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, is primed for vacationers craving the island way of life. The open living area boasts a bright, beachy décor with a nice contrast of wainscoting. The living room expands to reveal a cleverly designed alcove perfect for some quiet reflecting or curling up with a good book from the book collection. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cabinets stocked with all your cooking needs, and a large pantry to hold all kinds of snacks for the beach. Take in the beauty of the canal from the large windows in the living area or step out onto the large deck or the screened porch. Two sets of spacious bedrooms featuring two king sized beds, one queen, and two full sized beds are on either side of the living area. Each set shares a full bathroom. TV's with cable and wireless internet are in every room. There is also a bonus room on the ground level with a full sized fridge for the kids to hang out or to accommodate extra guests. Bring your boat or fish off the dock! We also have kayaks to rent, along with life vests. With only a short walk to the beach and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, this seaside dream can be your next coastal getaway!

Our second family vacation in the deep blue house

Our second year staying at this house with our family and it was another great trip! This house and the wonderful hostesses make you feel like it is home away from home! The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, love the fenced in yard for our younger grandchildren and in a perfect location to really enjoy our boat. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family vacation time

The cleanest house we’ve stayed in, beds were comfortable, the water stayed hot enough for 10 people to bathe, ample room for us all and so convenient to be able to dock our boat. Such a lovely home that we all felt comfortable in even with a 2 and 3 year old, the host was so responsive and if they will have us we will stay there again next year!

Labor Day Fun

Amazing long weekend stay! Property was perfect for our group!!! The dock was such a plus as we could bring along our boat and enjoy having it right there! Everything was clean, decorated adorably and the outside area was so nice to have! We will for sure be back to this perfect propety!

The house was perfect location from the park, restaurants and beach. It fit 4 families with little kids very comfortably. It was family friendly, all on one floor and the yard had a gate to block the kids from the road and the water canal. All of the beds were very comfortable (not creaky like a lot of rental houses) and the house was clean. It had all the things needed for cooking.

My husband and I stayed here during the October oyster festival. Perfect location to walk to the festival without being too close for traffic, etc. Beautiful home, very welcoming and bright. Loved the screened in porch to have coffee and look at the water. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group. We rented a boat for the week and went to several beaches on the inter coastal and Calabash for lunch. The kitchen was super well equipped which was great since my husband and I love to cook. Would definitely consider coming back.

I'm your Huckleberry

This place was great! The location was only a short walk to the beach access. The house itself was very clean and homey. Having 2 kids (11 & 1), they had a blast with plenty of room to play. We ran into one issue (not at the fault of the owner), but Dee was quick to respond and assist with getting it resolved. I very much look forward to staying at this property again!
