The house is cozy. The porch can be closed off to sit with your doggos and enjoy the ocean air. There is an outdoor shower, a hose, and chairs, boards, & toys for you to use. We didn’t want to break the bank since we would be busy but also wanted to work in some beach time. This house was a perfect fit. You have to cross the street but are right at the public access. There are a lot of stairs over the dune so it would be quite a job to lug a lot of beach equipment or a cart if you have children but definitely doable. We were very pleased with the house. The location is directly across the street from a public access, so getting to the beach is so easy. Very well, equipped kitchen, and we cook a lot, so that doesn’t often happen with VRBO‘s.
