The main need for accommodation is the ability to have a comfortable relaxing stay. The bedding comprised of mattresses that were structurally old thin and sagged. I reached out to the host requesting a refund after the first night of a 5 night stay. I was told that a refund would not be provided and was given mattress toppers that were the thickness of a Fiona. After telling the host that my mother was elderly and of ill health I was disrespected and told I should not expect a “mattress like home” the accommodation as advertised said it was comfortable. I was forced to supply my own inflatable mattresses in order to get sufficient sleep. I could not return home as I booked the accommodation as we were having home renovations done.
