    The Space:

    Centrally located between 145th and 146th street, with top-floor views overlooking Fenwick Island and unobstructed views of the bay and ocean, this condo is just the place you've been hoping to find for your next fun-filled beach vacation! You'll be just steps away from the shoreline, with a spacious, furnished balcony, a bright living space, and in-suite and nearby amenities such as central AC and a shared pool. The living room includes a smart TV for your entertainment, a charging station, and lots of comfortable furniture—a great spot for kicking back after a day at the beach or entertaining your dinner guests. The full kitchen is equipped with all the small and major appliances you need, including an air fryer and toaster oven, plus ample counter space to prepare delicious meals for everyone to enjoy. The breakfast bar features two barstools, and the dining table has seating for four, making al fresco meals on the balcony a delightful experience. Use the high-speed WiFi to research a fun water sport to try out, then head out for an afternoon on the water. Afterward, come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower, then use the elevator to access this fifth-floor condo. The master bedroom boasts a Roku TV, and there are convenient charging outlets in the bedrooms to keep your devices powered up. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool on those hot summer afternoons. Things to Know High-speed WiFi for remote workers and online students! Shared pool Newly remodeled as of summer 2021 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The apartment was quite accommodating for our group in terms of space. Private, quiet, close to everything. Our balcony was exceptional because we could view the ocean, bay, the sunrise, AND the sunset.

Love this condo! Great location, clean, and perfect for our needs!

We have stayed in this condo for 3 years and we love it! It is very comfortable and clean. It's also well-situated in Ocean City, especially for families. We love being able to see the beach and the bay from the balcony and having such quick access to the beach is amazing. We absolutely love the place, especially the upgrades that they have made over the years, and will continue to stay here for years to come!

Great location. Roomy living area. Dated but still nice. Original baths and kitchen but serviceable. No TV in the 2nd bedroom and no cable TV. The balcony is long with a great view. Be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker.

Great place to stay!

The property and location were great. The cleaning of the unit could have been more thorough. The floors were still dirty (appeared to have been vacuumed but not mopped) and there was still some hair on the shower walls. Otherwise it was a great trip. We would definitely stay again even with the small cleaning issue!

Paradise close to home

Great pool, easy beach access, room was updated,, likely professionally decorated. Gorgeous! Furniture on porch needs replaced but we did ok with it. Kids never sit down anyway! Loved it. Even when it rains you have an amazing view! There was a thunderstorm one night, and the clouds over the ocean were mesmerizing!!!

Everything was great but check out

The condo is very nice and clean. There were zero issues except for when we were getting ready to leave. Literally as we were walking up from getting the luggage cart, the owner is knocking on the door at 10 asking how long we were going to be. We were trying to straighten up the unit, leave it in better condition then when we got there. But literally at 10 am while trying to load our luggage owner is there and then the cleaning crew shows up a few minutes later.Just through our luggage on the cart and left. Everything was great except for the very end of our stay. We were completely out of the condo a few minutes after 10, but I have never had the experience. Everything was great but that, made me question if I will book through the same site again.
