Initial toiletries and all ammenities needed to meal prep were available. Nice Living Room setup with plenty of seating for an extended family. I came with my brother, his kids, my wife and kids and my parents. Its a little tight quarters but its at the same time plenty of room. 3 minute walk to the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very spacious. Since it was the top floor you had a wonderful view of the bay area and did not have to worry about anyone above you making a bunch of noise. Hosts were great and responsive. Our only complaint is that it seemed that there was some type of water leak issues.
