  • Welcome to Sea Time 603 - a beautiful, newly renovated Ocean View Condo in North OCMD - well-appointed, and with plenty of room for the whole family, a Seasonal Outdoor Pool, and a wonderfully quiet North OC location, this is the place to be in OCMD. This fabulous Vacation Home is THE perfect combination of location, comfort, and amenities for your next family getaway.

    The Updated Living Area in Sea Time 603S is simply a wonderful open space just perfect for relaxing together with the family after a long day of fun in the sun!. Lounge in the large and comfy new furniture after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoy the free WiFi, Central AC, and Flat Screen Smart TV. The sofa is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa! With a wonderful Open Floor Plan, it has the perfect layout for the whole gang to relax and reconnect, while still having room to spread out. Just off the Living Area is an awesome Ocean View Balcony. Enjoy Views of the Ocean, and beach access is only steps away! What a great place to begin your day with a cup of coffee and those ocean breezes.

    The chef in the family will be thrilled by the well equipped Kitchen with gleaming granite, warm wood cabinets, and all the conveniences of home. With a spacious dining table just off the Living Area, there is plenty of room for everyone whether settling in for a dinner together or grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Not one to cook on vacation? Wander down to one of many great dining options only steps away or take a short drive and explore some of the great dining options that nearby Fenwick Island has to offer! For your convenience, there is also a convenient Half Bath, as well as a Washer and Dryer just off the Kitchen and Living Area.

    Sea Time 603 sleeps 8 more than comfortably with 3 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa. The Primary Bedroom is home to a cozy King Bed, a Flat Screen Smart TV, and also has private access to the Balcony. Slip out to watch the moon dance on the surf while everyone else slumbers. You’ll experience serenity like never before. THIS is how vacations should be! The attached Primary Bath has a large Walk-in Shower, perfect for freshening up after all the family fun.

    Down the Hall you will find Bedrooms 2 and 3 as well as another Full Bath! Bedroom 2 has a plush Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3, just across the hall, features a Pyramid Bunk with Twin over Full. You will find another Flat Screen Smart TV in this room, a perfect space for your special little loved ones. There is a shared Full Bath with another Walk-in Shower, located convenient to both of these Bedrooms, as well as to the Living Area.
    *Guests must register with the building upon arrival to receive parking permits. There is no cost, but registration is required for parking and pool passes.

Nice weekend getaway

Very easy check in process and we were even able to check in a little early. Could be a little more updated but it was v clean, we had a wonderful time and great location

Great location to the beach!

This condo is clean, spacious, and a quick walk to the beach. Not mentioned in the listing— there’s also a small trundle bed under the bottom bunk in the bunk room, adding yet another option for families. The only disappointing thing about our stay was how early the pool closes (6pm), but it was something we just worked around. Also within walking distance are mini golf, restaurants, and a 711. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo in great location

Overall the condo itself was great. It was clean and well-decorated and very close to the beach. The building itself is older, and we had some issues with standing water from rain settling in front of the unit door making it seem a bit musty. The king bed in the master was also very soft an uncomfortable. That said, we would stay here again. Can't beat the location!

Girls weekend

Easy arrival and check in. Room very nice. Balacony could use a make over. When we asked if an iron was in our room one showed up unexpectedly. We were very well taken care of. Will return again I hope.

Property and location was great. Place was clean, roomy, and exactly as advertised. Checkin was a little confusing. Information provided said to check with office at the location when actually everything was provided in the rental. The customer service was great in helping to resolve the issue.

Weekend retreat

Place was modern but could use some good dusting. Pool closes at 6pm not good if you come back and want to relax at pool. 10 am check out is too early especially if you out late night before. 11am check out would be better

Nice condo

The condo is very nice. The bedroom with a queen bed has a broken window that doesn't close properly which meant everyone at the elevator felt like they were in the room with me. It's held with electrical tape which doesn't feel safe. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the condo is very well decorated and well kept.

ok stay couple problems

property was nice could not check in because code was wrong on door didnt have your phone number so called condo manager who made us pay 25 dollars for him to try to fix it because he is not associated with you guys which i didnt know also no broom or dust pan or vacuum broom came tuesday and vacuum on thursday lock was finally fixed in hour and a half but the place was nice and location was good. was a little tense when first arrived but worked out especially with 3 little kids i know things happen but thank- you

Good value vacation

The condo was recently updated and very nice on the interior. The beds were not comfortable- in fact, the king bed was just two twin box springs pushed together with some foam pieces on top. The exterior of the building was a total dump. Broken glass in parking lot, very very very dated everything. The property manager was very responsive but failed to indicate which elevator system to take. The Sea Time condos are in two separate buildings. We lugged most of our stuff up to find we were in the wrong building- don't make our mistake lol!

Stay was okay. I was taken back by the process we had to go through to register my support dog. I had disclose my condition which is not allowed by the ADA. I had our trainers info and it still was not enough. I amprovider and never has a patient asked me for this type of information. It never stated that the unit was directly in front of the elevators. it was noisey and no shades on windows just thin sheers that gave you no privacy. Whom ever did the cleaning prior to our stay was horrible. The bathroom off the primary bedroom needs to be upgrade. Floor was disgusting, bathroom toilets were not cleaned. Walls in bathroom had reddish metal material running to floor. We covered it with a blanket we brought from home. Washed it when we were leaving. In prim bedroom the electrical outlet was in the wall that your mattress was located. I unplugged the lamp because I was concerned that it could cause a hazard. The screen door on the front door didn’t open enough. I get there is wind but many times it closed too quickly because it open on half. Positive things. Kitchen was well equipped with utensil's and pots and pans although we didn’t cook it was fine. Only drip coffee maker. We brought our own keurig. Air conditioning was amazing. Pool was okay but heater was broken. No one was in the pool. Main living area was nice and the other partial bath and half bath were nice. They only provided 2 garba bags two rolls of tp.sample size dish det. See list of to do before you check.
