A rare find with plenty of space and comfort near the beach! Welcome to your perfect beach getaway in the heart of the Montego Bay community in North OC, just a half-mile walk to the sand and surf. This brand-new 2025 single-family home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience—perfect for families or multiple families vacationing together. Please note: this property should be booked by a guest over the age of 25. The home features two levels, a private driveway with space for 2 cars, and plenty of street parking. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the spacious covered porch, complete with outdoor seating and ceiling fans. Inside, the open-concept first floor includes a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace, a dining area, a breakfast bar, and a chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and brand-new kitchenware. A half bath and a laundry room offer extra convenience. Primary Suite: on the main floor includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and a private spa-like bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with queen beds and two additional living areas with additional sleeping accommodations: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed These two bedrooms share a hall bath with tiled tub-shower combo. Guests have access to fantastic community amenities, including two pools, a tennis court, and a putt-putt golf course—all just a short walk away. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit. For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
