Welcome to "Our Happy Place!" Northern Ocean City 3Bedroom, 2.5 Bath with 2 separate oceanfront balconies!
Condo will easily sleep 10 comfortably with updated kitchen, TVs, Internet and steps to the beach. Private pool for Atlantis Owners/Rentals.
Main Bedroom has its own Oceanfront Balcony ,2nd Bedroom has awesome views of the Bay and sunsets.Full bathroom in both main and 2nd bedroom.
The half bath is in the hall way.

A Great Family Place

The condo is very easily accessible with lots of room for the whole family. Lovely furniture, several TVs, coffee makers, good washer and dryer, and having extra beach chairs, umbrella and towels available added to the ease and appeal!

Best condo in 10 years

Communication with property owner/ manager made this a great stay. Smoothest check in with lock box key was fantastic. Didn't have to wait in line at an office for key. All info was sent in a timely manner. Condo was very clean and well laid out. Very quiet building and the best location in OC. Will definitely try to get same one next year.

Check in was a little frustrating, it was marked as at 3. We got there at 3:30 and the cleaning lady was still in the unit with her stuff everywhere. We still found an empty chip bag on the floor, candy wrappers behind the bed, a fake eyelash on the table, and a pair of earrings. Other than that, we had a good stay with family.

The place was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was stocked really well. There was not one thing that we did not need. It was very clean .The sofa n bedding looked to be brand new.We met Mr. Amos, the owner. He was like a friend you haven’t seen in awhile . He made sure everything was perfect for our stay.When we plan our next summer vacation , we are sure considering this place again!!! I rate this a perfect 10.

Great stay!

The condo was great! We especially loved the comfy couch. Check-in was smooth and simple, and communication from the renters was excellent. The main bedroom was a little warm, but the fan provided helped. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to booking again next year!

A Beautiful Vacation

We loved our vacation! In addition to the incredible views of the ocean and bay, we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, good wi-fi access, washer and dryer, and ease of getting to the beach as well as great beach chairs and towels. We had a wonderful time!

Great Vacation

This property is everything it’s advertised. Views of the beach and bay are incredible, access to both the beach and pool are pretty much at your doorstep, and property is surrounded by great restaurants and activities. The communication with the host was great, as responses were heard back from promptly and with great kindness. The property overall was clean which I believe to be the most important thing when renting and staying away from home. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this property again.

Overall great

My family and I overall truly enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean condo and building with mostly everything you would need. The pool area and proximity to the ocean couldn't be beat. This was the only place I found that accomodated my size family. The 3 bathrooms were amazing! The furnishings were nice and functional. The view of the ocean and bay were absolutely beautiful. I wish we knew beforehand that there were nice chairs and a beach cart available for use. We got there at check in and there was one security guard checking everybody in, he must've had a line of 20 people waiting to pay $50 after thousands to park there for the week. Also the building is listed as secure but the doors to the lobby were always propped open. Communication with D&T was professional, smooth and fast. The kitchen faucet was replaced in days of needing to be while first ensuring it wasn't going to affect our stay. I would 100% overall recommend staying at Our Happy Place. beachbeach carts available.

Family Fun Time

This was a nice condo but whomever cleans did a lousy job cuz unfortunately one baby crawls and her knees and hands were filthy! The master bedroom(bayside) needs room darkening curtains. The GFCI near stove doesn’t work, along with 1/2 toaster. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Need to let renters know about key for first floor bathrooms. Lifeguard kept asking for pool passes which we didn’t have. Also area around pool was horrendous to our feet….Atlantis needs to redo that area! Other than that we relaxed and enjoyed ourselves!…..thank you!

Pros and cons

Stay was great. Overall loved the place. Views and closeness to the beach were perfect. Couple of problems: One shower didn't work. One kitchen outlet didn't work. Had to keep plugging and unplugging appliances. Had people smoking pot outside on the open walkway which filled the condo with the pot smell. Not great for little children to be smelling. The shower was fixed in two days. Had to share one shower for six adults and two children. these items were bad before we got there. please recommend to guest to report problems so they can be resolved before the next guest arrive. The dishwasher was a little confusing to use. controls different than what we are used too. Could use quick start directions guide. The cleanliness was exceptional and we had a great time

Beautiful and Comfortable

We spent 7 nights and were extremely happy with the rooms. It was very comfortable and felt like home. The views from the balconies were magnificent. We were able to see sunrise over the ocean and sunset on the bay.The unit and building were well maintained and the pool was very clean. It was on the beach and within walking distance to many shops.

Great family vacation

The place was awesome very roomy, clean and updated. It was plenty of room for our family and had incredible views. We had an issue with the lock the first day and the owner responded immediately and resolved the issue. We plan on booking again next year.

Wonderful vacation

Everything was great. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare a meal. Loved the views. Would definitely recommend this condo. 1 suggestion- my daughter stayed in the master bedroom. The mattress was tipped at the head. They needed extra pillows to elevate their heads. Not a complaint just a suggestion.

Beautiful week

We changed it up this year and decided on Ocean City. The Atlantis is conveniently located to many places within walking distance. The unit was clean and the multiple beds and extra half bath is a bonus. The keyless check in for the room was great. Thanks for a very nice vacation.

Excellent beach getaway

Property was one of the best I’ve stayed at with a Vrbo. It was clean, great views of the ocean, roomy, and very comfortable. I have zero complaints as everything was exactly as described. Three suggestions to make things even better in the future: 1. Buy a full size trash can for kitchen. The small one made clean up extra annoying every day. 2. Buy tongs for the kitchen. It was hard to cook without them. Maybe this was mentioned but we didn’t think about them until cooking bacon. 3. Add cost of linens in the price. It was very annoying to have to add these. We rented another place at this same condo that includes linens and made it so much easier for all involved. Thank you for letting us stay. It was a great week and honestly so much of it has to do with such a nice place right on the beach. I almost didn’t want to write a good review to keep it my little secret for next year! Also huge shout out to the security team. Michelle (I think was her name) was incredible every time I talked to her from check in with parking to check out asking her to let me into the bathroom before we hit the road. She had incredible customer service and I just think she deserves a HUGE shoutout for making the week that much better.

Beautiful view

Excellently appointed, very clean, great kitchen suitable for cooking meals. Bedrooms were very nice and we loved that there were 2 1/2 baths. Second balcony needs the same furniture as the primary one. Disliked couch, no head support. Everything else was great. Thanks very much.
