This 1-bed, 1.5-bath condo on 80th Street sits oceanside, with views from the deck of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay. Guests will have access to the condo building's own pool, an elevator, and two assigned parking spots. Guests will sleep in two comfortable full beds. Kitchen is stocked with supplies. Beach equipment is also provided. Look no further - this is it! This property is located on 80th Street on the ocean side of Coastal Highway. Since there's a nature preserve on the opposite side of Coastal Highway, there aren't as many residential areas in the immediate area and our stretch of beach doesn't get quite as crowded as others in OC. We're steps away from the beach (no need to cross Coastal Highway). You can walk to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Primary renter must be age 25+. It had everything you could possibly need from the kitchen supplies to beach gear. Beautiful views of the beach and bay side. Beds were comfortable and a nice walk in shower. This one bedroom had one and a half bath that was good for us. It had walking distance to restaurants and stores. The beach is right there. It's close to the beach and has partial views of the ocean and bay. We initially had a kerfuffle with the keypad and entry, but communication was prompt and we gained entrance promptly. The kitchen had everything you need as far as cookware, appliances, cute coffee bar and dishes and glassware. The galley eat-in area is a little tight as far as someone eating at the bar area and someone passing by. Towels and linens were furnished so we didn't need to lug those along. The one bed was definitely more comfortable than the softer mattress. Something about the mattress pad/toper had me sweating throughout the night. The place could have been a little cleaner as far as we are concerned, and we are not super picky. I wiped down certain kitchen areas, bathroom cabinets and dresser drawers, but refused to do baseboards, etc. The plusses on this condo far outweigh a couple minor negative things.
