You will also be close to many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. . * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This unit is on the 1st floor but there are steps to get to it. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 123rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
