Ocean front vacationing at its finest! Ocean One 205 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath direct ocean front Midrise condo in walking distance to dining and shopping. The end-unit is truly a gem with high-end furnishings as well superior Ocean front views from the 2nd floor balcony in addition to 2 of the 3 bedrooms. On the spacious ocean front balcony, catch spectacular views of the Sunrise in the morning while you sip coffee or gaze at the Moon over the Ocean at night. Listen to the ocean waves as you sleep in the luxurious Master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed or close the motorized blinds to darken the Sun while you sleep in. The Master bedroom also includes a desk in the walk-in closet so you can work while you play. High speed cable and Wifi provide fast Internet access and streaming for work or your shows. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV in addition to the family room. The unit is located adjacent to the quaint and quiet 57th street and is in easy walking distance to mid-town attractions including Fager's Island, Macky's Bayside, Bad Monkey and more. While you are not lounging at the beach, the peaceful outdoor pool for the building is conveniently located on same floor down the hall from the Condo. The building is equipped with an elevator and outdoor wash/shower area. The unit is centrally heated and cooled and also includes an electric fireplace for off-season use. Enjoy any season vacationing by the Ocean staying at 205 Ocean One! Bed sizes include 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, single over single bunk + single bed in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa. A fold-able cot is also available and can be placed in any bedroom. Unit can occupy a family of up to 10\. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Condo rental includes two parking spots. The property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. 2 designated parking spaces under the raised building. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25\.
