This well-maintained building with an elevator is close to expansive Northside Park, great restaurants, mini golf, and not far from the shopping and fun activities in Fenwick Island. Eye-pleasing blue and white furnishings accented with pops of red gives a bright and cheery feel to this condo, while the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and serve your favorite dishes. Additional interior amenities include a washer and dryer, three cable TV's and complimentary WIFI. Sleeping a total of eight guests, the primary bedroom features a king with a new bench for suitcases, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Oceanfront balcony features 2 comfortable lounge chairs, a Bistro Table for your morning coffee, a new ceiling fan with light and an electrical outlet for your computer or phone. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. Guests must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. NO PETS. Sunset is beautiful from the 6th floor walkway). Northside Park (as well as mini golf, Alley Oops, and other restaurants) just a few minutes walk. comfortable beds and furniture, fully equipped kitchen, we would definitely stay there again. The only challenge was where to store our bikes, but a friendly resident helped us out. Also, there isn’t an outdoor “shower”, it’s a short hose for rinsing feet and beach items.
