Mornings spent having coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean we even saw dolphins numerous days. The building was very nice as was all staff we interacted with. The unit was clean and neat. The views from the balconies were absolutely incredible! We had an amazing 20th floor ocean-front balcony on the main side of the condo unit. Across the hall on the opposite side was another amazing view of the waterfront bay. The sunrises and sunsets were wonderful! The unit was nicely equipped with some basic kitchen items such as plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc.. The unit had a nice modern look to it and was tastefully decorated. The owner was very good at responding to any questions we had. The Irene building itself was very nice and well-maintained. There was a nice indoor pool inside the main building that we could relax in after a long day of lounging at the beach. It would have been nice to have an outdoor pool too, but not highly necessary. Beach access was good. Take note that the beach is wide and it was a bit of a workout to walk through the thick hot sand to get to a good spot near the ocean to sit. Overall the beach was very clean and wasn't crowded when we were there in late August. Not sure how it is other times of the year. Grocery store, restaurants, and other and other shops were nearby within walking distance or a short drive. The boardwalk was about a 20-minute drive from the condo. We loved the area where we stayed and would definitely stay here again! ##### Ken V.
