Sea Watch 709 is a warm, beachfront condominium that brings a touch of southwestern charm to Ocean City. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has picturesque Atlantic Ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom. Sea Watch 709 is one of Ocean City's finest rentals, furnished throughout with wood, glass tiles, Mexican Saltillo tile floors, and other high quality materials. The cozy living room has two couches and a television with plenty of natural light streaming in through the sliding balcony doors.

A dining area adjacent to the living room is perfect for meals with the family while a wood table and chairs on the balcony offers al fresco dining. The fully-stocked kitchen with Martha Stewart cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a wide, quartz counter top will enable you to dine and entertain in style. The den has a comfortable queen futon and sitting area. The master bedroom has a trundle bed tucked under the double bed, a personal television, a private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom is ideal for kids, offering bunk beds and a matching twin bed. The condo comfortably sleeps six people with a capacity of up to eight, so bring the whole family!

Sea Watch 709 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, game room, tennis court, security guards, one parking space (provided at the building with registration fee), six elevators, three TVs, one DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, HBO Channels, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor shower near the beach.

A building registration fee is collected on arrival at the rental property. This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Needs some attention!

The location and Sea Watch is a great building. As the previous comments on this property noted the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The property management did bring a mattress cover to try and help but it was a 20.00 very thin one and did not help at all. They brought a 3 inch one for my sons bed and he said it helped. The TV’s are extremely small 12-13 inch my guess. There were rusty kitchen pans and utensils. Kitchen is not equipped. The couch is very uncomfortable as well. You can tell the owners do not care about this property. Such a shame because if those things were updated it would be a great place to rent. The view is better than the pics online. Beautiful!

Sea watch

We stayed here last year, and came back again this summer. We were prepared for the poorly stocked kitchen and uncomfortable beds. The property was overall a good experience, but we were disappointed that the AC was broken for the first day we were there. It took maintenance a very long time to get there to repair it. They did eventually repair it and the AC worked well. The coffee maker was broken, someone had put dirty dishes and forks back in the cabinet that clearly had not even been hand washed. The outlets, as another reviewer mentioned, did not hold the plugs in the wall. Other than than, the view was incredible, the beach was very nice and clean. The condo was in a great location with wonderful amenities.

Gorgeous view, but needs a few updates

Amazing view, even the mirrors help make it feel like you're surrounded by the ocean. A lot of the electric outlets need updated. Our chargers & devices would simply fall out of the outlet unless you used something to hold them in. The shower in the master bathroom needs work. Beds not the most comfortable either. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ocean view

We had a great trip. The place was nice, clean, excellent view and location. The pool was great. There was a kiddie pool that was a hit for our 1 and 3 year old. The place is a 2 bedroom, but it felt like 3 bedrooms which was perfect. We had each of our kids in one of the bedrooms and my husband and I slept on the futon. Our one complaint was that the kitchen was not well stocked. No baking pans, no measuring cups, no potato peeler. Was hard to cook a meal. Also the toilets could probably be replaced as they were very difficult to flush. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would come back again.

Beautiful Unit - With some TLC would be perfect

The unit was great for location & views. With a little TLC it would be perfect! The floors don't shine like they do in the picture. The Wi-Fi fades out often. The beds were very hard. (My opinion is the master bedroom should have a Queen size bed - my husband and I are average build and 5'4" and the full size bed was tight) The kitchen needs to be equipped for cooking - it was hard to prepare meals with limited pots/ pans, (some pans falling apart); baking pans, no measuring spoons, etc.

Great experience!!!

Love the view from the balcony!! Rooms where nice. AC wasn't working, so we called for help and they had it up and running in a few short hours. Location was closer to a lot of things to do. Would go back again.

Very good spot, kitchen upgrades were nice, beds were rock hard and appeared to be over 20 years old

If the mattresses were replaced, the place would be ok. I almost bought a new one it was so bad.
